Been stuck for months, looking for some advanced techniques...

I’ll get right down to it. I haven’t gained in at least 6 months. I’ve stuck with stretching and jelqing, trying different variations in order to produce gains. Unfortunately, it hasn’t worked. I do about 40 minutes a day, 6 days a week of PE. One rest day per week. Usually stretching and jelquing is split about 50/50. I stretch in all different directions, used hot and cold water during stretching, and done jelqs, jelqing while kegeling, and jelqing with a stretch at the end of each stroke (I jelq at about 10-60%). I’ve also been doing fowfers (I think that’s what they’re called) to stretch without having to tie up my hands. I do that probably for about 100-120 minutes a week (I don’t count those in my 40 minutes a day).

It’s discouraging, to say the least. I don’t know if maybe I’m maxed out? I sure hope not. I’m hoping someone can tell me some better techniques to try, maybe something that helped break through a plateau? Right now I’m going for length. My stats are:
About 7.75” NBP, 8.25” BP
5.5” EG

I realize my stats are pretty good already, but I still want to get bigger. It’s an ego thing, I’ll admit it. I really would like to reach 9” NBP, but it’s looking tougher and tougher. I will try whatever routine or exercise necessary to gain more, as long as it gets me going in the right direction. Thanks.

You could try some fulcrum stretches, they always give me a pretty good workout. Has your routine been pretty much the same since you started? (not the length of your sessions)

You might want to look into hanging also, I just started myself, and it “feels” promising.

What were your starting stats? And routine?

Take a decon, take a decon!!! Give that bad boy a rest then maybe you’ll start growing again. What do you have to lose, you’re not gaining now anyways so you’re wasting your time and overtraining.

I too would suggest a break.

I went through a period of around 6 months, when I used a time-intensive routine of hanging, pumping and jelqing, with hardly any gains. I was just doing too much and getting increasingly frustrated, which at the time led me to skip rest days. After reading various posts I decided I needed a smarter approach. I took 3 weeks off, and lost perhaps an 1/8th of an inch EL. When I was ready to begin again I learnt about “wantsmore” stretches (sorry if that’s not their most up-to-date name) and decided on a - 2 days on, 1 day off - routine of:

15mins - 50-70% erect slow (5-6 sec) jelqing - in the morning
30-45mins - “wantsmore” stretches - in the evening

(Note: aiming for length only)

I have been doing this for almost 2 months now and have noticed almost 1/2 an inch gain in EL. Woo-Hoo.

I’m planning on taking a week off after every couple of months. Less time can definitely mean more.

6 days a week of PE is to much. Do I see a long decon break in your future?

Well done…and smart!

If your gains are starting to slow, I recommend trying a 2 week on and 2 week off.

One of the really great contributions of the IPR system is when you find gains slowing or stopped, the sooner you go straight to decon, the faster you can get gains going again.

What are the “wantsmore” stretches? I did a search on “wantsmore” and since it is a usersname a ton of posts come up…

I really think Wantsmore stretches with ADS (golf or Monty’s wts) would be a wonderful combination. I would read up on Monty’s approach, I think its really good, but use the Wantsmores instead of hanging.

I would skip the jelquing and other PE if you do these, just get the length gains, then switch to jelquing for the girth later on. But I really think a nice 2 month decon would set the stage for optimum gains.
