I don’t know if anyone has done bed fowfers like this (I searched and came up with nothing), but I get a really good stretch this way:

1. Lie down on your bed stomach side up.
2. Raise both legs up in the air with your feet over your head or as far as you can push your legs back towards your head. I don’t think you need to try and do any fancy yoga moves, but maybe the farther back your legs are back, the better.
3. Open your legs up a bit and pull your dick back between your legs like you would with a typical bed fowfer.
4. Squeeze your thighs together
5. Lower your legs back to the starting position while your thighs are still squeezed together
6. Continue to squeeze your thighs. Feel the stretch :)

Let me know what you guys think. If this was already thought up in another thread, then this post can be deleted.

Did you get any gain from all the bed fowfers , I just started them and will plan to do them for a while. Today seemed to be a good day on the fl so should be finding out more in the weeks to come.

I’ve tried that But I position my dick between the balls so it is in the centre. I found I get a better stretch that way. Feels good too!

Make sure the door is locked any time you are naked with you legs back behind your head. Could be awkward if someone comes in unanounced.

I can fowfer, but I find my balls get in the way. Do you guys have serious hangers that you can easily not squash them or something?

Just lay on your side with your dick and balls tucked behind your thighs. I think these do give a nice stretch to the balls and the whole area. I can’t do it with my legs fully straight , I lay on my side in this position

I had another way of doing it but chances are it is a less powerful stretch.

Stand up at the side of your bed with you feet 0.5-0.75m apart.
Do a downward stretch first and hold it for a few seconds. In that time pull your balls to the front (from behind your unit)
With your balls now not in the way (pay attention andromedan), pull your penis back to either your crack or beneath your ass.
Close your legs and sit/lie on the bed as you will.
If the position is uncomfortable bear it for a few minutes as yo ur penis will heat up long enough to stay tucked without comin out. So you use less force to keep it back.

This method is probably known by most people who experimented doing bed fowfers but what the hell…

Your question wasn’t directed at me but I’ll answer anyway. I didn’t get much of an increase in erect length or girth, however there was a definite increase in flaccid size. My flaccid hang was 0.25 longer usually going up to a max of 0.5 sometimes. Flaccid girth would fluctuate between 1/8 and 1/4” more than normal.

And to your last statement, after a while the heat will keep your penis stretched so you can move your legs more.

Yes still doing these I have seen an a difference in my flaccid length. Every thing seems to swing and hang lower. I used to be quite tight, I really like these and now fall asleep in this position. Gains my dick feels and looks allot fuller during the day.
