Bed Fowfer #3
I don’t know if anyone has done bed fowfers like this (I searched and came up with nothing), but I get a really good stretch this way:
1. Lie down on your bed stomach side up.
2. Raise both legs up in the air with your feet over your head or as far as you can push your legs back towards your head. I don’t think you need to try and do any fancy yoga moves, but maybe the farther back your legs are back, the better.
3. Open your legs up a bit and pull your dick back between your legs like you would with a typical bed fowfer.
4. Squeeze your thighs together
5. Lower your legs back to the starting position while your thighs are still squeezed together
6. Continue to squeeze your thighs. Feel the stretch :)
