BC muscle workout...BC getting bigger?
I am working out my BC, doing erect kegels, and lifting stuff with erect kegels. I take a big tape roll, and push some shoe lace through it, and tie the two ends together, then put it over my unit, and lift.
I have notice that my BC is getting larger…or at least I think. Like the area between my testicles and anus, I feel a muscle getting larger, but i’m not sure if its the Bulbospongiosus or is it the BC? But regardless, this is a good sign, right?
