Everyone on this forum seems to refer to this muscle as the bc muscle. I have always been under the impression it was the pc muscle, which is short for pubococcygeous muscle. It seems to me that Thunder’s Place is the only site referring to it as the bc muscle, could anyone clarify?

Yeah same here. I used to think that it was PC (other websites and stuff), but as I spend more time here at Thunders, I gradually start saying BC now. I’m still not sure which is right though.
