I saw this program….In it the guy went to UCL teaching hospital, there he spoke to a surgeon about having something done. The surgeon measured him (NBP and BP). The surgeon then explained a few options that were available. After this he (the surgeon) explained to the guy that the average penis size in England is 5”. (yes! thats right… 5”)

The guy then went to see a female urologist about enlarging his dick without surgery, and guess what?……She suggested that he should use a pump for at least 15-20 mins 3 times a week. she said that many of her patients reported a difference by using a pump. (she then explaind how the pump allows more blood into the penis, thus stretching the cells). She also siad that he should do certain exercises (but they didn’t mention what).
