Become a hanger. Most hanger’s report base growth—in addition to general girth growth and, of course, length growth as well.

Clamping will put girth on the base of the penis quicker than it will any where on your shaft, or it did it for me and many others here.

Hello.

This may come to some of you as something completely crazy but it’s the truth.

In the month of September when I started P.E again, I went a little overboard with most of the exercises.

I was doing like at least 35 minutes of kegelling(20 mins fast, 10 mins hold for 30s and 5+ mins hold), 20 minutes of ballooning, 15 minutes of stretching and 35 minutes of jelqing(6 days a week). I was not even doing warm up.

Anyways, what I am getting at is that during that period(3 1/2 weeks) I gained some base girth. I did not measure my gains but I could see and feel the base of my penis much fuller. Even my flaccid hang was bigger.

Finally after three and a half weeks I started experiencing no morning wood and also a very sore penis.
Specially on the sides. My penis was wider.

I had to take four days off and later when I measured my penis, I lost all my length gains nearly 1cm (for me it’s a lot.). My morning erections came back though but my base girth was no more fuller.

This month I cut down a lot on my P.E workout. I exercise the P.C muscle 4 days a week and do P.E on a 2 days on and 2 days off basis. My penis’ base girth is not that fuller but my erections are way harder.

I suspect that I got most of my base girth gains while performing my crazy Kegelling sessions. Though the high price was complete soreness on both sides of my penis. Ballooning/Edging became a nightmare.

P.S: I do not really know if it was the kegelling alone that’s why I posted the whole of my workout.
P.P.S: Now I am exercising with extreme caution, my gains are very slow but I am extremely happy with my E.Q.

I would also vouch for hanging for base girth. I still don’t see what good an extra 1/2” + is at your base if you thin out and loose that 1/2” by mid shaft.

Maybe hanging base girth gains are just at the very base of the base and don’t ride anywhere upward on your shaft. At least that is my base girth spec, which is why I say no big deal to lots of base girth.

I find that the base girth increase from hanging does extend about an inch out on the shaft, and that it’s very, very useful for deep penetration pube rubbing (which is what gets most of them off anyway).
