I have a question for you concerning the base girth of the penis. My pe sessions are allright, because I do light stretching and jelqing routine, but the problem is I am getting thinner and thinner at the base. What are the best exercises to cure this condition. I read somewhere that the dry milking at the base should do some improvement. Any suggestions?Which exercise is resulting the thinner base. Is it the stretching or the jelqing?
