I’ve gained about, a solid 3/4’s of an inch? That doesn’t go away, and when I do it now, I gain about 1/4, which will go away in a day or so.
I don’t press hard, but I did when I first started, just work with it, find what works for you. The trick is to find the spot that feels good, and just work with that feeling. Experiment with pressures, experiment with rubbing technique, but make sure you’re rubbing that spot and searching.
When I start out, I usually am just using my right hand like normal, but the more involved I get, the less involved I get with my right hand, till it’s basically just my fingertips I’m using. Hard to explain, but I think you’ll understand if you try to evolve that feeling at the base, as opposed to under your glans.
Remember, this will most likely work without the anal-breathing, but that’s where you can make the most gains, (when I do it proper, it evens gets a little girthier.) Just pull your anus slightly back while you stroke - it starts to feel really good. Pull your anus with your muscle, not you hands!
P.S. If you didn’t even slightly chuckle at the word anus, you’re a bigger man than I :)
