Ballooning as a PE Warm-up?

Ballooning as a PE Warm-up?

Just wondering my brothers, Could Balloning be done as a warm-up rather than a hot wrap?

In my opinion, If one matrubates for 10 minutes, heat is generated inside, and your penis should be expanded to its optimum size. Then I could hop right into jelqing while in that state rather than waiting for my unit to heat up.

Therefore, wet jelqing after mastubation could produce a great effect? Am I right or am I wrong here?

Two thoughts here:

1. If you were to do this, of course, you would need to let your erection subside somewhat before jelqing.

2. The idea of a hot wrap is to get to a supraphysiological temperature. You are trying to get heated up to above body temperature; above 98.6 degrees F. So you could warm up with ballooning, but it wouldn’t be the same as a hot wrap.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Maybe ballooning after jelqing would work good, as you expand to the max?

That would work well too, however, i think we could benefit from Expanding our CC and glans to the max before a workout.

It’s not either/or. You could do ballooning AND use a warm wrap.

Ballooning as a warm up doesn’t seem like bad idea except for the fact that for me at least, I personally really really really want to ejaculate after ballooning.

Then if I have to stretch, jelq and clamp after, I know I’m going to bust involuntarily.

Since a part of ballooning is that one has to get to the state just before ejaculation and stop several times, this form of warm up would take a very strong individual to complete their warm up and workout and not ejaculate half way through in my eyes.

I have been doing hot sock then edging/ballooning (whats the difference? I wank and kegel etc at PONR etc. Is that edge or balloon?) for warm up and edging->hot sock warm down.

However, would I be better doing:

Edging->hot sock warm up
Hot sock->edging warm down.

I.e. Reverse?

I do the same order as kingdong69.

Something tells me to keep rice sock —> edging at the beginning. Rice sock warms the tissues, and preps for edging expanding them further.

As to the end, dunno what reversing the order would do.

However it gets me thinking:

I sometimes do 30 minutes of ballooning on non-workout days because I think it helps with healing and perhaps cements gains. (Plus it is FUN). I wonder if I should do a rice sock before and after those sessions?
