Bad sleeping pattern messing up EQ?
Last few weeks I have been going to bed mega late, like 4 am plus.
I like PE’ing in the night, feels more relaxing. So if I PE at 1 am, then go to bed at 4 am would I be right in thinking that as my circadian rhythym is thrown out of joint so is my morning wood? My EQ last few days has not been great and I cant recall waking up with wood for a few days now due to forementioned circumstances above.
Obviously the answer is to PE earlier andgo bed earlier, but was wondering on the rejuvanting properties of morning wood, as I seem to recall before that when that was strong (you know PE induced wake you up in the middle of the night strong) that my EQ was too…
