Back on the case!
Well my one month break finishes tomorrow.
Measured up last night and the result was 6 7/8” BPEL, so a little but of loss but not dramatic. I’ll do some more measurements next week (after a few days PE) and update the database.
Real question is: what now?? I’d really like some advice.
One option is to go back to the routine that gave me the best gains (Month 5 - 300-400 jelqs/day, 4-5 days/week). However, I am tempted to build some stretching into the routine - but I am not quite sure what.
My goal of 7 1/4” BPEL stands for November - what is the best way to get there??
