How do you guys do it and not rupture your urethra or something? I'll just see how far I can get with the A-stretch, when I can go absolutely no further with it, then maybe I'll try the twisted ones again. I personally don't think anyone should abandon any exercise until it stops working for them.
If you do them absolutely flaccid, you shouldn’t have any problems with damaging anything by the twisting. I am not a physics major, but it seems the twisting shortens the tunica a bit and adds just enough extra stress to make these better than the original Blaster for length gains. Some physicist or engineer can probably explain why.
I am still not able to do the A stretch as described because my wrists are too large. I was doing a modification where I used two fingers as the brace, but have now moved on to a piece of 2” diameter PVC pipe that I place over my thighs. It works very well.
