Hi guys, I would like some opinions on my routine please :)

30 minutes water pumping with hot water.
3 minutes streches forward.
3 minutes streches upward.
3 minutes streches downward.
3 minutes streches downward/lef under the leg.
3 minutes streches downward/right under the leg.
3 minutes twisted streches left (180°)
3 minutes twisted streches right (180°)

Sometimes I add this:
3 minutes c streches with a 2” cylinder (dorsal side).
3 minutes c streches with a 2” cylinder (ventral side).

What do you guys think? I have been sitting on 7” bp for a very long time and I am expecting to reach 7.5 bp to concentrate once again on girth work (even though this routine seems to slighly increase girth anyways)

Opinions, suggestions?

Hi Cyclops, No, I don’t wear an ADS, everything is done with my hands (I’m developing quite a triceps) lol. My EQ is excellent, I have a lot of erotic dreams and almost everyday I wake up with a boner.

No, I don’t do this everyday, I am currently following a 2/1 program :)

How hard do you stretch?
No v or a-stretches?

Well, I’m curious. Please report back when you know how it’s going.

I stretch progressively from soft to hard on each stretch searching for that feeling of a rubbery penis so not that hard. I replace a and v stretches (I did them before) with “C stretches” I call them like that because since the cylinder is quite big, the penis forms a “c” not a v nor an a (The cylinder is 2” on diameter)

I will report back at the end of the month.

I have been using the water pump 20-min a day now for 3 weeks. I like it better then air pumping. I just started a similar routine as you have been doing.

20 min water pumping evryday? how is your eq? I agree that is way better than air pumping since it gives more temporary lenght. Do you have a link to your routine?

I do the water pumping 15-20 min per day. I do like the feel of water better. How long have you been doing your routine? It is great that you have good EQ I just started again this time I started a progress thread and I am going to make it to 7 right now i am at 6. How often do you measure?

What type of pump do you use? How is your week going were you able to keep your routine up?

No jelqing at all. Clearly I’m not a professor but I’d add some jelqs.

First is the 30 minutes pumping as one set, or 3 sets? And yeah this routine looks good from here. Try to finish it with 1 10 minutes pumping :D

Oh my god you guys, I added 10 minutes of jelquing and a 10 minute long pumping session and it felt amazing. I think I have my upgrade for the next month. Thanks!

I much prefer jelqing prior to pumping, as I get better expansion both in girth and length. It is messy, but necessary.

The routine looks good to me, considering that you have good EQ. If I were you, I would add stretches on your current off days as well and see how you respond to that.

You didn’t specify your warm up routine, what does that look like?

Your routine is similar to mine except I do my stretches in the beginning and I break them up into 30 second reps (30 seconds down, 30 seconds up, et cetera). Sounds like you are already following the jelq recommendation so no need to go there with that.


Start (Oct 2010) NBPEL: 5, BPEL: 5.875 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.25 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

(November 2013) NBPEL: 5.875, BPEL: 6.625 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.625 inches, MID GIRTH: 5
