Thanks for the encouragement. I’m still just trying to continue learning but, I’m starting to wonder how popular the airclamp really is. What all experiments have you tried that work so far?

I do know that Big Girtha reviewed the airclamp, and I’d bet that the use of the advanced search function would turn up a lot for those that are intrigued by the airclamp.

In past times, I would get almost an inch and a half clamped with the airclamp on and then I’d go back and either over do it to get the expansion again one too many times or, after a session, I’d jelq it the wrong way. I had a similar problem with my 1st airclamp. I was overdoing it one day and I started having to pump ever 5 seconds to get it going again. When I found out I had a air leak on one of the edges, I took a hot iron to the edges to melt it back together, getting rid of the leak. Give it a try, if it doesn’t work just buy a new one from Monty. It is worth and and in the worst case scenario, you get the new one and then repair the one you have gaining a spare. Hope it helps

I’m interested in the air clamp and might get one myself, but right now I’m more interested in your kegel routine. I’ve never found anything that actually improves my erections. Can you explain your routine? Does it really improve your erection quality? There’s a noticeable difference from before you started doing them and now? Are you sure it’s not due to the clamping?

WOW………Ok. Twice a day, either on my way to work in the morning or on my way back from work for lunch or at the end of the day, I do 20 second kegels holds. I hold for 20sec and rest for 10 sec and repeat until I make it where I’m going. It normally takes me about 10-13 minutes to get to and from work everyday so it all adds up. When I have on the Airclamp, after applying heat while I have it on, I do short 5 sec on 5 sec off kegels for the 1st 3 minutes and 30 sec on and 15 sec off for the last 7-8 min. I know its a little complicated, but it works for me. I hope this helps…. consistency goes a long way

Wow! I think this is the first time I’ve ever heard of deconditioning with an Air Clamp. I guess it would be required at some point.

Yea man…. I think I just got used to it. That’s why I’m trying to see if anyone else has different methods of using it for girth. Any suggestions?

So did you hit a plateau in expansion capability?

I don’t think so. I’m not really sure if that’s even possible without the risk of injury

Thanks djam. Are you sure improved erections are from kegels though and not clamping? I’m skeptical cause I’ve done kegels before and didn’t really see any improvements. Maybe I didn’t do it for long enough or was overdoing it… don’t know.
