Some advice from veteran PEers
I’ve been around here since 2007 but due to injuries and such didn’t really start till last fall and even then there have been weeks where I had to stop for some reason. I feel like I have stalled now. Exhausted all my newbie gains. No length gains for a while. This is the routine that I started last week. Is it too much? Too less? Anything should be added?
5-10 min warm up
25 minutes jelq 80-90%
10 minute jeq 10-20%
10 35sec V-stretches
4 35sec A-stretces
60sec stretches every direction(up, down, left, right, straight out) done twice. So a total of 10 60sec stretches
I’ve been doing low erection jelqs for the most part since I’mm more focused on length but decieded to switch it up for a while with high erection jelqing.
Pre-PE: BPEL 6.25" NBPEL 5.8" EG 5.75 " Now: BPEL 7" NBPEL 6.5" EG 5.95"
Final goal: BPEL 7.5" NBPEL 7" EG 6"
