So here’s the story guys. I’ve been jelqing/stretching and doing my routine for a good 6 months now, but I haven’t gained ANY girth!!! So far i’m a good 7.5’ bpel and only 4.5” eg! I REALLY need some girth guys, so pleace I beg you give me some advice on gaining some good girth fast! My penis is already really conditioned, so don’t be afraid to give me some hardcore routines or exercizes! Honestly, if I don’t see any gains in the next month with a new routine, i’m going to contemplate surgury…

Read every thing you find about it, So that you know what you are doing.

Look at the “progress reports”, And make yourself a good routine.

I see in your sig that you want length too, So here is my advice on length:

Heat, Straigth down stretches, And use an ADS for as long as possible every day (This migth give you some girth too).

If you’ve been jelqing consistently for 6 months, like you say, go for Clamping.

Read Big Girtha’s and Remek’s Clamping threads for everything you need to know.

HOWEVER as you want length too, it may be a bad idea to go for girth. You should get all your length gains before going for girth, as it may make it harder to gain length afterwards.

I’m afraid of gaining anymore length because pretty much all i’m doing is stretching and jelqing for it, and I honestly don’t want to thin my penis out anymore. I think i’m just gonna go straight to clamping, although i’d prefer a technique that doesn’t require any “foreign” materials.

You dont want to gain more length yet you target is 8”? Confusing!

Gaining length doesnt “thin” your penis either.

If you really dont want to use a clamp, use your hand.

Or try Sadsak Slinkys or Horse440s or Ulis.

Thinning the penis out is a myth- have you read of anyone here actually losing girth?

BUT! Perception of girth is relative to length.

Add 2” to length and none to girth and you will look thinner, if only because the ratio of length to width has shifted so radically.

Try this- take a couple of paper towel tubes and a toilet paper tubes. Leave one alone, cut one down to 8.5”, leaving you 2.5”. Lay them all out in size order- big differences, no? The fact that they are all the same circ [~5.5”] doesn’t change the impact of raw length.

Now take each individually and place them where there is nothing to clue you in to their size. That TP tube looks pretty solid, even though it’s barely half the length of the cut down 8.5” tube.

Are you happy with your length? Yes? Then girth on. But as the general wisdom here is that one should pursue length before girth, if you want a fat niner, then first get to nine.

4,5 inch isn’t much below average.

You’re length compensate’s a lot.

Girth will come; pumping, clamping.

Buy a pump with an 8 inch long cylinder. That way you will fill the length of the tube soon. Then the pressure of the tube can work more on girth.

Lot of good advice given above. Girth is easy. For now stretch that sucker for all it’s worth. Look into hanging, this will give you base girth as well as length. Try for that last 1/2” and make your length goal, and by the time you have gained your 8 incher, your dick will be tough enough to withstand the beating it will take with hardcore girth work. If you’ve honestly given the newbie routine a good six months, you’re probably conditioned enough for some heavy length work. Don’t go spending a lot of money on hangers and devices developed outside this community. Instead, look into some or all of these outstanding products.

I hate you lengthy doods. I am happy with my girth now that is 5.75 & 6 inch in some places. My length is IMO poor & I’d happily lose girth to gain length. If only it was that simple :( .

Saying that, going from 5 inch girth to 5.75 has made my unit look overall bigger & makes my lack of length not seem as bad.

Doods? I’m sure you mean dudes.

Total penile volume is what looks good. A fat heavy penis simply hangs and looks better than a skinny retracted one, there is no doubt about it. Jelqing, manual stretching, and hanging all fight against retraction and build base girth at the same time. Later when you start heavy girth work the rest will come. The reason I promote hanging before clamping is twofold: The first reason is that a thick dick is harder to stretch, we all know this from pioneer vets like Bib, and the other reason is that exercises such as jelqing (erect and semi erect dry jelqs especially) and hanging work girth in the part of the shaft that is neglected with CableClamps, that being the base of the shaft. No matter how close you clamp to the fat pad you just can not engorge the base of the shaft. Once you get your length and base gains, the upper shaft is very easy to enlarge with clamping and pumping. Trust me on this. I know very little about gaining erect length, but as far as gaining upper shaft girth and total flaccid penile volume, I wrote the book. (: But if you rush into these aggressive girth routines you will end up with a short, fat, baseball bat shaped dick that refuses to be stretched. To beat the turtle remember the story of The Tortoise and the Hare; slow and steady wins the race

7.5 x 4.5? That is pretty much where I am now :) . I don’t know about you but I am going for my length first. Its been really easy so far to gain length and if I am lucky I will have my goal by my 8 or 9 month mark :) . Then I will attack the girth like no other! :) . I did try clamping today, I wont do it often tho, I measured about a 4.75 EG while clamped. I wont do it often because I really do want length more, and I will save on the girth exercises until my length is reached (aside from Jelqing). I will then clamp to attack the girth. I am glad to hear I am not the only 7.5 x 4.5 here :)


Start (Aug.05): 6.6 BPEL x 4.375" EG

Now (Feb.2011): 8.6" BPEL x 6.0" EG...

Gains: 2.0" EL x 1.625" EG Way more than doubled my erect volume! PE for life. Anything is possible!
