Hei guys,

You might think I’m asking the most stupid question but I’ve just read this thread CNN’s view of average penis size and making it bigger!

And I was wondering is there any real proof that permanent penis enlargement is possible?I mean me personally had experienced some real gains in the past 2 years and I’m very happy about it.But in those 2 tears I haven’t really stopped PEing so I’m not sure if when I stop doing it, my penis size would come back to “normal”.

Is there any real scientific research on this (I mean testing with hi-tech or something)?Is this PE a real thing or it’s just a temporary enhancement of the tunica?Are we all wasting our time here?

It’s not temporary, once it’s grown it’s very unlikely to shrink again.

Yeah but you don’t really know if it is “growing” or it’s just “pumping” with blood.Reading this thread made me sad in a way cause what if all this time I’ve put in to PE is for nothing.

Huff, weightlifting is a different thing.then you pump your muscles and they grow - it has been proven.But the penis is not a muscle.I don’t really know with what kind of tissue is made off.That’s why I asked about is there any deep scientific researches

No, if you don’t use your muscles, you lose them—they atrophy. Moreover, they are likely to be replaced by fat, which cannot simply be put back into “shape.”

Huff’s point is a good one: To stay thin and muscular, you have to keep working at it, diet and everything. PE is probably a little like this.

Let’s say you started off at 6 x 5. After a couple years of regular PE, you get to the mythical 8 x 6. At this point, if you stopped all PE entirely, I suspect that after another two years you’d lose a lot of your girth, though perhaps not all. I also suspect that you’d lose some of your length, but you might not lose as great a percentage of the length as girth.

But why stop all PE entirely? A lot of guys go on a “maintenance routine” once they get to where they want to be, or at least when they get as far as they believe they can go. These maintenance routines consist of a few minutes of exercises a couple of times a week—a little here and there, as it were. This is very minimal effort. Personally, if I’m not going to the gym 4 to 6 days a week, I cannot keep myself in decent shape, let alone lose more fat or gain more muscle. PE maintenance is not nearly as demanding.

Besides, PE is fun. I like it when my dick feels “worked out,” just as I like how I feel after a good session at the gym. I don’t plan on ever giving up either.

Two suggestions:

(1) Do your own experiment. Stop PE’ing for a while and see what happens. You say you’ve had gains. If you won’t believe all the vets here, then see for yourself if even a percentage the gains will stay with you.

(2) Check out PE and Ethel’s Nose

I don’t really know.maybe you’re right.At least I want you to be right cause I really had and I am still gaining so It would be very sad to be lost..

Man I had a break once.but it was for 3 weeks or something and I’ve lost 0,2 inches in lenght which I suppose is normal.After getting back I’ve reached my old goal and started to gain more..

But what do you think will happen if a man stops PEing for 3 years.roughly 0,2 inches for month so 0,2x36= 7,2”.well this isn’t real (of course:) but I mean the idea for long breaks of PE.

Mind you, I can’t see myself hanging on a daily basis for the next five or ten years. But what I imagine a maintenance routine might look like for me is some simple stretching every other day or so, and possibly occasionally doing some hanging or wearing an ADS, if I suspect that my length is diminishing at all. But I like the feeling of a nicely stretched schlong, so 5 to 10 minutes of stretching every other day (or even every day, when I can) would be easy for me.

Moreover, I really like girth exercises, in particular clamping, but also pumping to some extent. Right now, I have no girth routine; I simply clamp and/or pump when I have the time, and when I feel like it. Yet my girth continues to increase. I simply see no reason to stop doing this. I do it because I enjoy it.

Yeah I was thinking of doing some girth exersices my self after maybe a 3-6 months.see first how much lenght I can possibly gain:)

Really, I don’t know what will happen 10 years down the road. If I have to keep pulling my genitals (I do the scrotum too) the rest of my life, I don’t care. It’s like any other discipline: Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, etc., it’s a way of life.

In any case, bumping into this place is one of the greatest experiences of my life. So, I plan to keep wasting my time here until the fascist dick puller Número Uno kicks me out of here.
