Are my gains from the stretching, jelqing, or both?
I’ve made some decent gains in the past several months. I’ve gone from 7.0” BPEL X 5.25” EG to 7.5” BPEL X 5.25” EG. All length, obviously. My routine is simple. Approximately five minutes of stretching. Straight down, then left, then right. Then, 50 slow dry jelqs. That’s it. Anyway, I was curious as to which of the two, if not both, where the most responsible for my gains. Not that I plan on changing up anything. Murphy said, “If it’s stupid but works, it isn’t stupid.”
