I’ve been PEing about 5 days a week for at least 4 or 5 years with nothing to show for it. My flaccid changed barely and my EQ has gotten a little bit better. I normally stretch straight out and down for about 20 sets of 30 seconds throughout the day. In the shower I do about 50 slow jelqs daily along with some uli clamps for about a minute each. I figured being consistent with an easy routine for years would result in something. Normally I feel more full after my routine but it quickly goes away. Do I need to increase the intensity or try something completely different? I’ve experimented with pretty much every manual exercise I can find but have only stayed consistent with jelqs and stretching. Only thing I’m against trying is pumps and hanging. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My stats are about 7x5 but my flaccid gets really small sometimes. I would like more length first and then work on girth just because my flaccid length is pretty lame.

I take a really long hot shower and do my jelqs after at least 5 minutes of a hot shower. I will try to add heat before every workout. Thanks.

Have you tried to get over your BPEL every time you do your stretches?.. and maybe you should switch to long holds!

Yes normally with the combo of stretching and jelqs I look bigger than I’ve ever looked before but it quickly goes away. Thanks for the advice. How long should I do long holds. A minute or longer than that?

There are a lot of little nuances when it comes to technique in holds for jelqs and stretches. Whether you do them flaccid or with a certain percentage of an erection can completely change a routine. The length of the hold when you stretch and which direction you are stretching in matters. There are a lot of variables it would be hard to pinpoint exactly what the problem is.

After 4 or 5 years though, I think you should up the intensity. If your unit hasn’t been conditioned for that routine after all that time I personally feel, that routine lacks the necessary intensity, or maybe you have gained slightly and just aren’t aware and now you may even need a decon break.

Sometimes I go through periods I feel nothing is working or it definitely isn’t as efficient. I take a light week to clear my head and do a lot of research during this time to keep my routine in perspective. Looking at the videos on this site helps a lot, I pay attention to hand placement, intensity, and things of that nature to keep into perspective my technique and whether I can improve it, or understand why I do it a certain way. My stats are close to yours just slightly bigger. After a period of minimal gains, the one thing that really helped my girth gains along were clamping. Using that in combination of jelqs and holds before a clamping set, with a well conditioned unit, really helps solidify my girth routines and I notice my length creeping up as well.

There is many things you can do to make your stretching session more “active”..

You normally do 20 30 seconds thru out the day right.. that’s a ton of stretches??

Why not do a full stretching session in the morning or evening.. or both?

When I switched from 30 seconds holds to long holds, I jumped right into 2 minutes holds 10- 15 minutes. Then I build my hold timing up. So heat is the key both when warming up and during the entire session. Then breathing is one important role too to get in a relaxed feeling. One more tip is to do regular kegels and reversed kegels on the exhale when you breathing..

When you do all this in your stretching sessions I will call it a more active stretching session.

I honestly don’t think a hot shower does much as a warmup. I know they are popular, but they don’t compare to a rice sock/microwaveable gel heat pad or IR lamp.

Also it looks like your routine is pretty much the same most of the time. It’s a bit like going to the gym and always lifting the same weight for the same number of reps, or always running 5 miles at the same pace - you will just maintain what you already have, but are not challenging your body to adapt.

Awesome. Thanks for all the help guys. I have a rice bean bag I can start using.

I will incorporate things things into my routine. Up the intensity a good amount, heat and stay consistent. Hopefully I can see some gains in a few months.

Would fulcrum stretching be good to add into the mix?

I suggest you learn this first and take one step each time!

Yea man heat really make a hell of a lot difference.. I take water in a bowl and fill it with warm/hot water which is about 60-65c and soak a wash clock in and squeeze out about 80% of the water and roll it on my bro.. I repeat the process like 4 times my warm up is about 6 min pre-PE and I do the hot wrap once again after my stretching routine for about 3 min then I do jelqing and then I do a cool-down the same way for about 4-5 min then I take a warm shower.. I am starting to think that the gains I’ve made in 40 days are because of the heat.. I’ve gained .6 in length and 0.1 in girth.. My routine is mainly based on length.. I try to keep the hot water off my balls lol.. I don’t want to kill my sperm.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

I’m getting amazing expansions during my jelq routine. I’ve done 3 sets of 50 slow dry jelqs. I warmed up with heat for about 5 minutes and 2 minute heat breaks between sets. Should I stretch afterwards or just heat and call it a day. Heat is where it’s at!! Thanks guys.

As always with PE, there is little extra effort in trying both ways and picking the one that seems to suit you better.
