I had a mild case of megalophallus which may have been caused by doing PE which resulted in growth..

I’m not sure 100% since it happened a few days after doing it (kinda freaked me out so I stopped so have not done any since) but after that megalophallus I got 0.5” length and 0.5” girth.

Also my penis looks completely different then it used to as well compared to 20 to now 26

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Of course there are many different ways to warm up, if one has no bathtub at disposal, then the towel is one of the other possibilities. I personnaly believe it would be even better than a rice sock.
Some people don’t warm up and still gain, especially beginners starting with basic directional stretches.
This being said, an IR lamp is not too expensive and will be even used during a PE work out.

OP have you may also look into bundled stretches at some point.

Wow, that’s excellent. I’ve always used a hot towel to warm up. I live with my family so doing PE in a shower or bath isn’t the best idea in my opinion.

Has anybody tried warming up on their days off and doing nothing else? Not just taking a hot shower, but either with a lamp, rice sock, or hot towel wrap?

You could warm up with the cloth in the shower (10-15 minutes per shower), reheat more than needed, when you’re done ( of course your warm up should finish at the end of the shower) you rush back to your room and lock the door and close the shutters.

Not sure if this is directed at me, but the hot water in my shower doesn’t even last 10 minutes, and it isn’t hotter than water from the kettle that I use to dip the cloth in. Additionally, it’s winter time, so extra showers will cause my skin to become dry, which is already a problem because I have to wash my hands frequently at work.

Side note- I’m not concerned with hiding pe from my family; I’ve directly told my brother and sister about it before, so unless they forgot, they already know about it. I just don’t want to consume all the hot water. Also, honestly, I don’t enjoy taking showers.

I desperately need to see some gains for my mental well being. My flaccid dick size really frustrates me. Maybe I should start wearing a cock ring most of the day.
