Are gains even possible

The heat is a common factor in gainers routines I’ve noticed. And I would go further and recommend 10 minutes of heat before starting your stretches.

Why keep up with manual techniques only if it hasn’t worked for you for several years? Time to adapt.

EDIT: I see you refuse to pump or clamp. Why is that? Hanging, pumping, and clamping are sort of the “big three” for advanced PE. Why knock them out without ever giving them a careful but consistent shot?

Just because I don’t want anyone to find a pump or hanging supplies. Clamping wouldn’t be a bad idea.

Also it looks like your routine is pretty much the same most of the time. It’s a bit like going to the gym and always lifting the same weight for the same number of reps, or always running 5 miles at the same pace - you will just maintain what you already have, but are not challenging your body to adapt.

Hi firegoat. Would you say that those methods of heating are more effective than a hot towel in a pot? Similar to alivegeta, I heat water in a pot with a hand towel, ring it out, and wrap it around.

A valid concern but every structure has some space that can be modified to contain some covert items. I keep mine in a secret compartment next to the gold and plutonium. But really, hanging stuff can be readily disguised as some other use item.

The towel will lose its heat much faster than the other methods, but it’s better than a shower :)


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

That is why I soak the towel like 4 times in 6 min.. This helps.. But you have to soak the towel wrap it on . Then again unwrap the towel soak it again then wrap it on again.. If there are any mistakes in my sentence then I’m sorry english is not my primary language.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

I’ve gained a little bit more than 1 inch in lenght, but that back when I was in a serious routine, doing 1 hour PE exercises and then straping my ADS for 6 hours a day. So I can say that gains were due to my intense practice.

tell us your routine, 1h a day is not that much. What ADS did you use?

To firegoat: a really hot shower for over 5 min doesnt seem to me so uneffective, I have always warm with a rice sock and now warming up with a hot shower I feel my jelqs feel better, might be a coincidence….


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

Is it bad to do 20 jelqs or so and stretch hours after my jelqing session? Should I be allowing my dick to rest after an intense workout session or is it okay to randomly work it out all day?

I wouldn’t do too many random jelqs, but I’d certainly recommend piss-pulls, done sensibly.

I understand that it loses heat pretty quickly, but to me dipping it back into the pot, wringing it out, and re-wrapping it hasn’t been an issue. Though it loses heat more quickly, would you say that it is equally as effective, or more/less? Is are there any methods that you would recommend above others due to effectiveness?

If you want to use a towel, here is my tip. You stay in the shower, wrap the towel, pour hot water on it, leave it on and pour warm water again as often as needed for 10 minutes.
