Are A/V stretches hurting me?

Hi everyone. I’ve done PE off and on for 2 years. I had a big break, and have been back at it solid for over a month. I have been doing the newbie routine, except I do A and V stretches instead of angled stretches. I found my ligs have become too conditioned over the years. I am getting good length results with my A and Vs, but I’ve noticed I don’t have morning wood often, and today my flaccid hang was bad. I have been under a ton of stress lately, so it may be that. But I remember during jelqing you shouldn’t press on the dorsal vein, so doesn’t a V stretch do exactly that? Should I quit the AVs until one more month of newbie routine is under my belt?

If you are losing sokme facilities like Morning wood then you are overstraining your penis. The only advsise that can be given is ease off the heavy stuff you are doing.

Yeah, I guess I’m trying to find out if A and V stretches are considered “heavy”. I’ll go back to strict newb routine stretches for a month and see. I just like the AVs so much, but maybe they are more straining than I though they were.

That’s a large part of the rouble I’m afraid. Guys seem to think their dicks are able to take anything that’s inflicted on them.

Perhaps Newbies should be required to take an oath before they start rather than hurl oaths at it when it doesn’t function properly. :)

Lol I know. Well I started PE two years ago, and then life got kind of jumbled around December and I was PEing once a week, maybe. As soon as I saw growth this month (which seemed rapid), I thought I was conditioned. So I have to look at myself as a newb again, since past experience means nothing. I was just optimistic about my own dick durability.
