Seriously.has anyone out there truly!! Gained from jelqing?? I know there’s stories of “this person I know” who gained inches, but has anyone out there personally gained length from jelqing come forth?

I just tried hanging again and I get so freakin sore it pisses me off, I’d rather go back to jelqing if there’s someone who has gained-and can explain their routine.

How often?
How long?
What does fatigue feel like-for jelqing?
Do you try to keep your fatigue as long as possible-fatigue =gains?

I beleive more in bib LOT and erect bends and hanging. The jelc thing does not work for me, cause I get a erect every time. haha. Maybe by Jelqing it is posible to gain grith.

I will one day ask all folks here about hanging and pumping, but now I’m pretty happy sticking with my newbie routine (Jelqing and Manual stretching). And I hope you don’t mind as a newbie like me answering your question :)

Gained from Jelqing? Seriously I did! Almost 5 weeks of Jelqing and Manual stretching, I got my dick a little longer and thicker. I’ll be telling everyone here about my measurement in three months. :D

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Yes. I have been PEing on and off over the past two years. Only recently I have taken it up more seriously. I have made gains of just over 2” in lenght (but only 0.25” in girth) Almost all of these gains are due to jelqing.

For most of the time I jelq once a day. (recently have started to jelq twice a day)

I jelq for anything from 15-30mins.

I find that when i’m fatigued it is difficult for me to get an erection after a workout. Also my cock is a lot larger and heavier flaccid. It also feels hot and pumped.

Once I feel that I’m sufficiently fatigued, I will stop jelqing. Over working does not help and can lead to injuries.

7of9, I think you can get over the difficulty getting an erecting after a workout if you do streching. Either use your hand or some light weights. That works for me, I had the same problem when I jelced.

Crazydude…the problem of getting an erection after the workout only lasts for about half an hour. after that it is fine.

Also note that I gained more length than girth. Although a lot of people say that jelqing is good for girth (each to his own).

For the best results I find that I need to jelq with about 80% erection, but as the fatigue sets in this becomes more difficult.

Recently I added Uli’s to my routine for girth, but this lead to a bulging of the right side of my penis. (see my post in the injuries section).

Jelqing definitly works for me.

I think about 90%+ of people have gained from jelqing.

I think he is asking about gaining length from jelqing. It is possible, but not probable that you will gain considerable length from jelqing. Jelqing aids in the quest for length and may even be the actual cause of gaining some length, but over all if you want to gain length you are going to need to stretch. 7of9 stated that he gained alot of length from jelqing and that is probably true (not questioning his character at all here), but that is very rare I believe.

Have you tried some type of stretcher such as the Penismaster or the SuckXtender. I made a SuckXtender and have been using it for a couple of weeks now. It is sweet! Or maybe you could consider an ADS. Just some qucik thoughts.

All my gains are from jelqing although I do admit I stretch pretty hard downwards as I jelq.

I am taking a one-month break at the moment, but when I restart it will be a 4-per-week 300-400-jelq routine.

I disagree :p

In my opinion, wet jelqs hit LENGTH more, and dry jelqs hit GIRTH more.
Also add in varying erection levels, which all contribute to whether length or girth (or both, or nothing) is gained.

Yes stretching/traction will be a big benefit to gaining length, but gaining length from jelqing is very much possible in my opinion

Yeah Ive gained with wet jelqs and I must agree it hits length more, but ive also gained a little girth from it too.

So it seriosly does work, also I think with some people its possible that they dont put enough pressure when they jelq, oh remember be careful :)

Yeah very true!

You need to reread my post, Slack. I didn’t say you couldn’t gain length from jelqing. I said it is not the norm to gain considerable length from jelqing. Does it happen, yes. Is it the norm, I don’t believe so.

Jelqing is a supplementary exercise that works alone, but better when incorporated with other techniques like stretching and clamping. That’s how most exercises are….they can get the job done by themselves, but quite efficient when combined with other useful manuevers.

Wet jelqing is better for length when at the proper erection level (lower erection level that is), and dry jelqing is better for girth. Wet and dry will yield you gains by themselves, but people typically perform them improperly and they end up with little to no gains.
