Anyone named this exercise?
so I start off stretching, then jelqing…
Then I do this one:
40-50% erection, jelq some blood the head.
Then, use ONE hand with inverted overhand grip (thumb closest to base),
and make tight tourniquetwith thumb and index-finger,
then wrap long finger around the penis squeezing carefully,
wait another 5 sec,
then the followin fingers…
I hold for 45sec,
really big pump, release the grip carefully and you really feel the blood flow back.
Has anyone tried this before, whats the name?
ANyway, I am 2 months in to PE… Too early for this? Well, to late now :)
It feels OK, if wrong, it should have injured me already?
