Anyone gained from clamping and not before?

Well, do all really do that?
I just read a post where someone do clamping at work, in bed with the morning wood…
But I have the warmup and clamp as part of my routine so I’m safe, but those people.. It seems to work also.

Yes, I’ve done both. But only after being properly conditioned for several months. I think clamping is the fastest way to injure yourself, if you’re not careful.

Clamping is really not necessary to obtain continued growth through traditional exercises. If it is utilized by a skilled practitioner it can enhance gains but if you do not have the requisite skill you can easily do serious damage. Your penis will retain blood with the same pressure it takes to hold a small bird; however, to create deformation as well as improving blood carrying tissue it obviously requires greater intensity. The problem is that “clamps” take this criteria to incredible thresholds and the non-skilled cocksman can incur an industrial accident.

Jelqing with wraps to retain blood is equally effective without the increased potential for injury. As a person moves through the PE regiment and experiences long periods without gains it then becomes necessary to “up the threshold.” Clamps are the equivalent of using a Cat backhoe to plant a tulip, the soft tissue and structures that form the penis can be manipulated very easily with far less stressful techniques. Stressing the cock is necessary to widen blood carrying tissue which in turn will allow the penis to hold a greater volume of blood (its all about volume).

The problem as I see it with clamps is that individuals really get carried away with the “quest.” And as a result they have severely discolored members, thrombosed veins, blown-out walls, and damaged valves that control erectile quality.

I love clamping, and am really excited to see that I am gaining again. I’ll be happy if I only gain in girth. However, I agree with the people warning you to be careful. One thing about my PE history, is much of my gains happened doing Uli #3s (I didn’t know they were called that, I just thought I was doing an “extreme” Jelq). I believe that I was able to condition myself rather quickly because of it. As for doing a warmup and some jelqing before clamping, I think you will get better results by following that routine. The reason is because your unit will be relaxed and ready to expand more than if you begin with a cold start. I’ll admit that I have done a few days with just clamping, but I will say that I feel more expanded when I do the full routine. So my opinion is that a warm up and jelqing session before is strongly recommended, not required. Do what you think works best for you, just be careful not to injure yourself in the process.

During a session I also have to work to keep an erection for the duration. To keep it, I’ll do kegels and masturbate a bit just enough to keep it going.

I have one question; my ordinary routine for manual exercises is on a 3/1 day basis,.. would it be alright if I make clamping as part of that routine, or preferably 1day on 1 dayo off?

I don’t see why not. Starting out slowly like that seems like a good idea to me. Maybe starting out at 3 x 5 min sessions, or whatever you can handle. Once you think you can handle that,

Then try and bump it up a bit longer until you can handle 3 x 10 min sessions of clamping (that’s what I do). Just for reference, I do 5 days on 2 days off. I guess I’m always working for the weekend.
