A hard gainer. It took a long time to see any gains, so stick with it and
Feel free to change your routine if it’s not working. I think hard gainers
Need to experiment big time, not just go with others routines. Keep a
Log and you’ll eventually get somewhere.

I’ve PEed in a consistent way since last June. I didn’t PE in August cause I was in another country during the whole month.

I’m still looking for my first consistent gains. I’ve had some bigger erections (like 1,5-2 cm longer and 0,3-0,6 cm thicker) but those are sporadic.

First 4 months were zero gains for me. We have had guys go over a year with no gains and eventually gain inches. Post your routine and how consistent you have been so the guys can check it out.

MrJ don’t get dissillusioned. I’ve been going at it consistently for about 4 months or so and have had zero gains also. I know we read posts here from people who have had tremendous gains in a short time and that’s great, but we’re all different. Be persistent and don’t give up. I sometimes think what the hell am I doing this for when nothing happens and then I get on here and get some more inspiration. I know once I get an inkling of a gain, my whole mindset will change and so will yours.

Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day.

But regardless, I think Mark Jackson should re-evaluate his regimen. So when you get a chance let us know exactly what you’ve been doing for the past six months, like your schedule, intensity, diet, water intake, excercises. All that good stuff. Its important that you be honest so we can all try to figure out whats going on here and come up with the best solution for you.

I’ve been doing the newbie routine:

5 minute warm up
5 minute stretches
10-20 minute wet jelqs
5 minutes warm down
50 kegels

I will be the first to admit that I have not been very consistent with my routine. I drink A LOT of water (i’d say about a gallon a day), and since I read that it improves flaccid hang, I don’t plan on stopping. I’ve been trying to eat very healthy recently and at regular times. As far as what I eat, it’d be hard to think of everything. I eat a lot of banana’s and apples, steak and eggs, tuna sandwiches, but the list could go on forever.

Schedule is above. Like I said, I have not been very dedicated with my routine, but there were times that I did it regularly for weeks straight. Other times late work nights, schoolwork, or going out with friends prevented me from doing my routine.

Thanks to everyone who wished me luck. If you’ve followed my posts you’d see that I have a lot of issues. I’ve come to realize that all the good looks, personality in the world doesn’t mean a thing if you suck in bed. On the contrary, it makes your “fall” so to speak even harder when people discover that you’re a sexual failure. I’m the dictionary definition of a minute man and it kills me…

I have went over 5 1/2 years with no real gains, so hang in there and keep trying it could happen soon. I’ve tried it all and had no such luck though.

Well, there’s your answer then. You’re only supposed to do the newbie routine for 6 weeks to get your dick accustomed to the increased level intensity that is supposed to follow those initial 6 weeks. PLUS inconsistency is probably THE defining reason you haven’t seen any gains. I don’t get how you could have overlooked these two factors?

MJ…I agree with awwwshucks. You’ve got to put your foot on the accelerator a bit with your workout. Not that I’m the posterboy for results from increased PE workouts, but I know with the body - whether it be sports or whatever - you have to push push push and always increase to get results.

And n2growing… 5 1/2 years!!?? Sheez don’t tell me that, I’ll be too old to enjoy it!

I’ve been around about 15 months now. I had started a little amateurish PEing on my own before I found this place.
I wish to hell I had taken a before picture. I didn’t because I approached it with an, I doubt it works but I’ll try anything/what have I got to loose attitude about it. I have gained over 1.25 of an inch in length in that time and I don’t know about girth, but it’s definitely looking way fatter these days. Girth is always a more impressive looking gain than length. But I too want more length.

Believe me, ANY gains I’ve had didn’t come easy. It doesn’t continuously grow every day. There were long spells of no growth at all. And then there was the period where I think I got over zealous with the pump and actually started to loose some gains. Then you start thinking you’re a cock obsessed freak and ask yourself WTF am I doing anyways. Don’t I have better things to with my time? Then someone comes on here and post a picture of their 8” plus unit and that pink cloud you had about your gains goes up in smoke. *poof* Then you wind up with PeterDick syndrome for a few days. Sorry peter, but I’ve been there too.

I think the key to my success with this has been do to the fact that I basically have an endless supply of time in which to PE.
I’m self employed and around the house a lot. This gives me ample time to hang, stretch, pump, jelq and pretty much mangle my dick as I see fit.
And the truth is, I spend a lot of time doing it. I’ve also learned that rest days ARE important.

I have to agree that maybe it’s time to step up the routine and be a bit more aggressive with it and see what happens. Consistency is important as well. Re- evaluate your routine. Read more of the info around here and see if maybe your aren’t doing something properly. I wasn’t, and when I figured it out things changed. And keep the faith (proper mental attitude IS important), I know PE worked for me. I believe it will work for you as soon as you can figure out just why it isn’t.
