Anyone else having trouble with erect clamping? Any advice?

Been back to water pumping for the last 6 months, very small gains but EQ is excellent at last !

That`s great! Anything else than switching PE method that enhanced your EQ? Mind sharing your routine?

Did you quit clamping because of lack of gains and/or reduced EQ?

FWIW, I had a fairly good jelqing and pumping session today, although libido was very low. I still managed to get really good expansion at low erection levels. Just not sure if it`s enough to give me gains.

I quit clamping mostly because of the lack of gains but also the discolouration, I seem to be particularly prone to it.

It’s taken most of that last 6 months to fine tune my routine and see the improved EQ and small gain.

What’s made the difference, cutting my set times down from 10 to 7mins was the first thing, when I did that I noticed an immediate increase in EQ ! who would think that 3 extra minutes could make that much difference !
The second thing has been reducing the pressure, I now only use 2.5”hg and again I saw an improvement in EQ as a result.

At the minute I’m doing about 30mins made up of 7min sets and EQ is probably the best it’s been in my life ! Sparkyx wrote somewhere that a routine dialled in exactly would significantly improve EQ and he wasn’t kidding,
It’s made me realise how poor my EQ was before even though I thought it was ok.

I’m only up about a 1/16” in girth which is nothing to most guys but it’s the first solid girth gain I’ve had in 2 1/2 years.

Me too, the odd thing is I still have very low sex drive, just going through a low period, but this PE induced EQ doesn’t care :)

That`s even more interesting. I usually lack both, but I don`t think there is anything physically wrong with my penis that would prevent me from having a good erection. :)

It helped me to take my mind and sex drive out of the equation since they’re both so unreliable, I stopped using porn for PE for that reason.

Since getting my routine sorted I get monster erections most of the night but haven’t jerked off in months, no desire to ! quite odd.

Actually that’s not strictly true, have had to bash one out a couple of mornings just to get rid off the erection, like I said EQ is ridiculous !

That`s incredible. Like many others have stated before me, I think good nocturnal erections may be very important to realize girth (probably length also) gains.

I have had times with good EQ and low drive, so I can relate, but these days I more often experience being horny or at least feeling the need to release, but no corresponding strong erections, unless I`m with a girl.

Are you doing any jelqing at all? Or is it only WP at 2,5 HG for multiple sets? What kind of set-up are you using to be able to gauge pressure with water?

Only jelqing for 5mins as a warm up, I think it helps but it’s the pumping that’s the key.

I don’t understand how EQ can be so high when sex drive is so low ? makes me wonder how much of sex drive is mental and how much is hormonal or do hormones stimulate the mental desire, god knows !

Yes, that does seem very weird.

Libido is a very complex phenomenon for sure. I am starting to think that my problems may be related to deficiencies in neurotransmitters (dopamine and serotonine), so I`m going to experiment with some amino acids.

I`m going to try your routine to see if I can dial in my EQ, but I will start with 5 minutes jelqing and one 7 minute set. I suppose you did the same and added more sets as time went by?

I don`t think it`s any use for me to try and gain girth until I`ve fixed my libido and EQ problems, such that I can be consistent.

All I can tell you is I saw no gains at all until I got higher than normal EQ from workouts. It also took months of experiments to finally dial it in and very small changes in time and or pressure made a lot of difference.

I think that’s why I couldn’t get on so well with clamping, just not such fine adjustment.

Yes, clamping is very difficult to fine tune.

I`ll start with this then and see what happens, but I will use air, since my pump is not set up for water.

Any plans for gaining girth? Do you think you`ll gain with the current routine or do you plan to increase pressure and/or volume? Is it 7 days per week, btw?

I seem to have made very small gains over the last 2 months, I tried adding another 7mins last week and EQ dropped so I’ve gone back to the previous level of 4 sets of 7min.

If EQ comes back I’ll stick with it for a few weeks then try adding more again. It’s always 5 or 6 days a week, usually 6.

Any news?

After finishing my hanging adventure and probably maxing out my length gains, at least considering the effort needed for more gains, I want to get my girth handled once and for all. 2014 is the year.

I will try to be very methodical and patient. I have a whole year (and more) as my perspective. Currently, I’m doing this 2 days on/1 off:

5 minutes jelqing
3 minutes clamping

For clamping, I use a double set of silicone sleeves at the base and a single clamp. The sleeves make for very comfortable padding. It feels very safe. I try to go for only moderate expansion and I completely avoid monster-expansion. For me, “monster-expansion” looks and feels awesome then and there, but I think/know that it kills my EQ. My cock usually turles afterwards as well, which is not the case the way I do it now.

I then finish off the session using the sleeves as a cock ring for an hour or so.

My EQ is currently not fantastic, so I consider this phase only a preparation phase. I will probably slowly increase to a 5 minute clamping set and maybe a 10 minute jelqing session, but I will cap it there and don’t increase anything until my EQ is great.

Thoughts?

One thing I’m puzzled about is that people say they don’t need an erection, because the outflow is less than the inflow. This has never been the case with me. I need to stimulate myself and put in an effort to remain engorged.

Are people wired differently or do we clamp differently?
