Anybody get gains working out 1 day per week?

Has anybody gotten gains from just one PE day a week. Say doing 5-6 hours on a sunday with the rest of the week off to heal. I spend most sundays just lazing and I usually get at least 2 hour in.

I seriously doubt anyone has Trigger. I know weight training and PE are two different things but no one can grow much on weight training once per week, so therfore no one even bothers attempting. Just as it is likely that no one is attempting 1 day of PE per week. I recon you might get some gains on 2-3 days per week, if you make each session very intense and long. If you only have 1 day per week to do anything, I suggest you not waste your time on PE and use that time more constructively on other parts of your life. Perhaps putting off PE until you have more time in your life each day to do it justice.

Why not use your lunch times to do PE? You could focus on just doing length. Either spending 20-30 mins in an office toilet cubical, doing manual stretches as you sit on the toilet. Or you could park your car down a quiet road or somewhere sucluded, place a blanket over your lap, lower your pants some, and do 20-30 mins of manual stretching. It wouldn’t look like you were doing anything like jerking off because your hands would be quite still, unlike with jelqing. The blanket could cover your arms and lap nicely and no one would be around anyway. There is always a way where there is a will.

Also using local public toilet cubicals, although it would probably be best to stay standing when stretching in public toilets). Find a local pay toilet and you are set because those places are usually very clean. If there is a shopping mal near by, they have great cubicals.

As you wouldn’t have hot wraps available, massage the dick and pubic fat pad for 5 mins to warm it up nicely, before stretches. You could still do some girth work aswel with dry jelqs and uli’s come to think of it. Best not do dry jelqing under a blanket in a car though, lol.

I do PE most days, just wondering if anybody got gains on only one day. I do most on sundays, but get at least 1/2hr most days. I was wondering just in case others have privacy issues it could be handy to just go crazy for one day and heal the rest.

The "average size" is usually over-estimated. Small guys don't take part in surveys and big guys jump at the chance.

I think with 2 days, at least an hour each day, you could gain if you were executing with flawless technique. This is just my opinion though.

I think it depends on how responsive a person is to PE. A newbie or someone thoroughly deconditioned might gain from a couple workouts a week. Or even one. I gained 1/2” my first month from very few sessions.

Hmm nice suggestion about massage the dick and pubic bone before jelqing if there are no hot wrap. Did you do your jelqin in office?. How you could came up with this thought?. I did most of my jelqin in office-bathroom cubicle. Since there’s no hot wrap I just do my exercise without it. Do you think doing PE with out hotwrap will work?. Thanks in advance for your respond.

occa, sure PE will work without hot wraps. Hot wraps just help increase blood circulation and elasticity in the tissues. Helping avoid injuries and making the dick more expandable and stretchable. Massaging will do the same job. It will increase the blood circulation firstly, relax the tissues secondly, and thirdly increase the heat in the area to optimum levels through the increased blood flow. Blood is 37 degrees C. The perfect temporature to achieve the 3 keys I just mentioned. All that needs to be done is to increase the blood flow into the area and then keep it there for a few minutes to warm up the surrounding tissues fully. Firm massaging for 5 minutes will do this, making sure to massage both the fat pad and penis fully. A 30-60% erection is best for massaging as it gives you more serface area to work, inables you to apply more pressure, yet is pliable enough to work properly. The fat pad massage is best done by pushing your fingers down to the bone under the fat, and firmly stroking up and down the length and width of the pad and also using circular motions, making sure to work the area right at the base of the cock tissue inside the pad aswel.

No I don’t do office jelqing. The idea just occured to me as it only requires an imagination and common sense. I do my PE at home, but if I couldn’t, I would make sure to find another way. Where there is a will there is a way.
