I was watching a Jelqing video on Metacafe.com and it mentioned kegaling while holding the glands and pulling outward as you kegal. I wonder if anybody does this and if so, does it work any better?

I think its called a Jai stretch when you kegel against your stretch. If I’m correct, its been around for some time.

Nope, JAI stretch is stretching fast, like 3-5 secs pulls.

Yes. I do them when I am feeling relaxed. I do not know if they are strengthening the kegel, improving the stretch or both or even neither. But it does give a little variation on what is essentially still the newbie routine for me. They haven’t hurt me in anyway as far as I can tell, so at worse they are harmless.

I have a idea. Why not try a stretch where you grab your glands using your best grip and kinda like jerk your penis quickly and forcefully. I dub thee the intense gatling stretch. I’ve never tried it before. Might try it while in the shower once I get back from my outting.

Everytime I Visit Thunders, I Do 50 Kegels or More

I do something like it. I jelq and whichever direction I jelq to, whether its right, left, but mostly downwards, while my “O” is still around my shaft, right under the glans, I center it and pull straight out, then a little “jai like tug,” then switch hands.

What I mean by center it, is making sure your penis is parallel with the ground, if your sitting down. I kegel after each stroke.


Friends, are”nt you speaking of erect stretching I hope, it would mean asking for injuries.
