Any recommendations or advice?
I have been pe’ing for around 3 years. In those 3 years, my length has gone from 5 3/4 to 6 inches and around 6 1/2 bpel. Girth has stayed around 5 1/4. I am discouraged with the lack of gains. Everyone will jump on me for this but In those 3 years, I never had a good routine and I always alternated between focusing directly on length for a few weeks and then switching to girth. And I have never spent more then an hour a day pe’ing. I just need some advice on a good routine and anything else from all the veterans. I pretty much do squeezes for girth and manual stretches. I also have a captains wench made.
