Any injuries from bends?
I don’t mean to start any wars, as I seem to recall there was a heated debate regarding the safety of this exercise, nonetheless, it appears they have produced significant gains for those who have tried them.
When I first read about them, the thought of bending an erection filled me with dread.
But I investigated further, found Gandolf’s video, watched it, and…
However, after gaining about 1 1/2 inches in length, and about 1/4 in girth, all from jelqing, I am open to new ideas.
I’ve tried weights for a bit, but stopped after a minor injury. I won’t rule them out, but I tend to overdue things. However, in truth, I think I’ve managed to suffer a small (thank god) injury on just about every excercise I’ve tried.
Even thrombosed a vein doing JAI’s!
(it went away after an hour)
Thus the bends probably aren’t a good idea, even so, I am tempted. I’ve been at this over a year (70 % of my gains occured in the first month), and now I find myself plateaued somewhat.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.
