I’m curious, it’s been a while since a couple of the big names of the practice have been around — are there any people around these days who clamp A LOT. I mean more like the way Girtha used to with the many sets a day at high pressure with two clamps. I’m just curious whether or not there are still people around who feel that more than just 3 ten minute sets is the better way to get real girth gains. I’ve noticed of late several people people expressing a belief that 3x10 is the best and that their experience with more was a waste and/or counter-productive. Now I’m curious whether or not there are many people who find a heavier routine of clamping to be more productive.

Seriously though, not sure where all the extreme guys went to. Those that did get results tended to get severe discoloration, and it’s all about image these days. :) I found 4 x 15 minutes to be the optimum for my penis but I’m very much in the ‘moderate pressure’ camp.

Once you’re clamping at 3 x 10 regularly, you can then safely choose to up the time a little, or add a set. Most find 3 x 10 to give results without negative PI’s, so they stick with it. As with most PE: if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

People usually yell at them and tell them to stop. There’s a few, cothiasg and fredmarc come to mind. Personally, the whole numb feeling thing kind of turned me off.

Well, maybe I am an extreme clamper. Lately I have been using a second or third clamp, but very loose - I only do one or two clicks. I’m trying to hit the midshaft girth by moving up that area where the blood tends to pool at the base. I’m not sure how “extreme” that is.

Then: 6.75" x 5" ----> Now: 8.5" x 5.75"


I do 3-6x 15-20 min sets. And I’m looking for a second clamp… I may just borrow a buddies for a few sets to see if there is a difference.

Starting 2006: BPEL: 5.75", EG: 4.5 June 2016 BPEL 6.75", EG 5"

January 2018 BPEL: 6.875" EG 5.75"

Target Size: BPEL: 8.5, EG: 6.5"

I guess you (not -> u) could call me an extreme clamper. Though I’ve eased up on it due to time constraints and also wanting to do more stretching lately.

Learning from aristocane and others who followed:
My routine before was 3-4x15min - one set with two clamps, two sets with 3-4 clamps. One finishing set with two clamps again.
Very high intensity but monitoring my penis colour and temp constantly.
The 3-4 clamp sets made the upper shaft and head very large, but was subsequently much more dangerous.
I did not worry about discolouration as much as I already have a dark penis, so the main downside of clamping did not bother me so much.

I did gain alot of girth doing this but as it ate up too much time I didnt have as much time to stretch afterward and my penis started looking shorter because it was so fat, ala Billy Glide.


4*15 at moderate pressures for me also. I used to be a little more extreme but didn’t like the lymph buildup that I would get when I was finished. For me the key to clamping is to know when to loosen the clamp to let more blood in and your penis further engorge. I start off at 3 clicks in and then after two sets back it off to 1 click and finish up my workout with 10 minutes of jelqing in between each set and a set of jelqing before and after the first clamp goes on. Any tighter and I get wild lymph buildup which I am trying to avoid and don’t like. I’ve added and ADS also and plan on wearing it for 8 hours or so a day.

Do any of you Clampers stretch whilst clamped? Is this inadvisable for any reason?

I’ve been clamping, with no ill effects, for about 2 weeks now. Taking it easy with 2 x 10 minute sessions x twice a day, weekends off.

Whilst ‘edging’ I found that pulling upward lightly under the glans (a little stretch if you will) really helped engorge and felt really good, whilst resulting a small stretching feeling in my ligs. Therefore I wondered if any of you included stretching as part of your clamping routine.

01/OCT/2007: BPEPL: 7.00, Base Girth 5, Mid G: 4.5, Under glans G: 4.25.

01/NOV/2007: BPEPL: 7.25, Base Girth: 5.25, Mid G: 4.75, Under glans G: 4.50.

Ultimate goal: 8" x 6"

I have clamped with up to 4 clamps at once for up to 25 minutes in one go.

But now I’m 6” girth midshaft and my clamping days are ended.

Now I’m on a PeniMaster routine. I want length! (Hope to hit 8” EL)

Rfj did you find the heavy clamping to be a lot more productive girth-wise than other exercises? How much girth did you gain while clamping and how long did you clamp?

I would personally believe that a 25 min set is way too long. But, each to his own.
Heavy clamping does seem to be alot more productive. Although it may not be as prevalent from my stats and my pic thread. My girth is now at 7” at the base and 6-6.5” midshaft.

In terms of stretching. I have recently started stretching alot more heavily because I think I minimised it before as I was so caught up in clamping. I am trying to find a good balance.

I don’t want to brag but, I used and probably still am an extreme clamper. After getting a lot of help and advices from the crew here, I slow down on it.
