Any exercises that cause the upcurve?

Are there any exercises that can help me get an up curve to my penis. Is it just V stretches or is it something else?

People don’t have anything?

I agree, but don’t overdo it - I used to have a big curve to the left but I completely cured it by doing this. It will take about 3 months if you do it lightly without putting lots of force on it. Putting too much pressure in one direction will certainly do something bad to your dick.

Backward Bow bends are something I am doing to help.

Hi PEst,

You completely straightened the curve in just three months? That’s very inspiring!

I’ve read through all of the curve threads and my impressions were that very few had much success in straightening a curve. Care to share your routine in more detail on how you managed that?

Basically - people are always too eager to straighten out the curve… All you need to do is jelq in a semi circular way - going away from the curve, hope this makes sense (if it don’t then just tell me and I will try to explain better). But don’t do it hard, do it VERY VERY slightly or you will damage yourself and hinder success.

I need help from the experts on this but I reckon some curves are more serious than others and have different reasons for being curved?

I might aswell try to explain now, got nothing else to do, lol.

Start off with a normal jelq grip and start the jelq, as you get about 1/4 of the way down your dick then start to curve your stroke the opposite way of your curve and aim to finish the stroke with your jelq hand level with the middle of your thigh.

Hope this has made it clearer, although I have probably just made it more confusing. Just make sure you don’t do it with a lot of force - let it feel natural.

WARNING - don’t do this when above 40 percent erect or you will damage yourself and it won’t work… This is how I done it.

Thank you, I think I understand what you mean, although I think I need some practise to get the “semi-circular” motion just right (I’m still a newbie). And yeah, I already hurt myself once earlier so I’m gonna be real careful in the future.

I believe there are two types of curvature, one caused by Peyronie’s Disease and the other by uneven growth during puberty. I fall into the latter category, as I have had the curve all my life. I consider it quite severe with a 35-40 degree curve to the left.

Do you know if others have had the same success as you? I’ve been feeling rather uninspired from reading all the curvature threads, as they all seem to end in rather vague conclusions on the potential of success, but I’m gonna have a go at it again now :)

Zero,

I also have a curvature to the left, but not as significant as yours. I’m basically trying to do what the guys mentioned. I have not gotten rid of it for good but my impression is that it has become better. So, I’ll stick to it as long as it takes - someday it will work out perfect, I’m sure.

I’ve read a couple of times that you’re supposed to jelq against the curve, but I don’t know in which direction that translates to. If you have a look at my l33t ASCII art, can you tell me which side to apply the most pressure against when jelqing (A or B).

EDIT: formation got screwed up

mr_pink,

It means jelq it as if you are trying to force it staright. So if you curve to the left, jelq to the right…

Get it?

See Ya,

Remember, the reason why most people fail to cure curves and end up injuring themselves is because they are over-anxious to do it and end up putting too much pressure on it. You have to do it very lightly… no even lighter than that! Practice on getting the curve right, you have a long time to change it so don’t rush.

If you feel that you done it with too little pressure, then do it for a week and then next week add a tiny bit more pressure - but you must never be more than 40 percent erect.

Please tell me your results in a week or two :)

V Stretch is the exercise that may contribute to an upward curve. A variation is with a rod. Place the rod atop your limp penis, an inch or two from the base, and pull the glans toward your chest. Hold the stretches for 2-3 minutes.

Over time, this may cause your CS to become slightly longer than your CC - thus promoting the oft-touted upward curve.

Hmmmm, maybe if you then repeat this with the rod underneath for a while then you will have a straight but longer dick?
