Any Beginner Girth Exercises?
So I’ve been doing this about a month and already seen noticeable gains in the length department by doing a relatively mild version of the newbie routine (I think I have a sensitive dick or something, but I have to go more like one day on, one off). So I’m happy with that and feel like I’m starting to get a bit of this conditioning, but it’s also a little annoying to not see the girth measurement budge one milimeter. I realize the newbie routine is more about length, so I’m not surprised, but more girth is kind of what I’ve been hoping for all along, so I’d like to start making at least a little progress on that front if at all possible. However, it seems like most of the girth exercises are kind of like “WARNING, THIS IS AN ADVANCED EXERCISE. YOUR PENIS WILL EXPLODE IF NOT PROPERLY CONDITIONED.” I’ve tried a few plumped bends, but I’m still very wary when doing them and haven’t seen any results thus far.
So, the question is: are there any relatively easy, relatively safe, but still at least somewhat effective girth exercises? Or are girth exercises by their nature more advanced and more strenuous than length ones? Can anyone give me some recommendations on how I might start to make some gains in this department despite still being a relative noob? Or should I really just concentrate on length for at least a few more months? Thanks in advance.
