Slack? But it’s laying down on my dick. LOL! I think it show’s a better realistic measurement. I agree with cutting the extra 2mm off. Not that it does much, but it’s a better measurement.

Well! BPEL is OK, it’s at 6.5”. I was freaking out because my NBPEL was smaller than I thought. The BPEL with the tape measure is the same.

FYI! For some reason, I’ve noticed before I get hard…I’ve measured maybe 65-70% erect and I reach 5” NBPEL. Odd, I know. Then I forget about my fat pad and all that. I’ve gained some weight.

OH MY GOD sta-kool…I’m turning into a fat little boy again! *cries* I’m gonna sit in my room and play Skyrim till I die!

Well there’s no question I can do it. I’m just being lazy. Haha. I weigh 215lbs I have an inch and 1/2 of fat pad.

Feel your pain about the fat pad. Fatty here too. Gotta do something about it!

Interesting about the rulers being wrong though! I pulled out a tape measure and measured my ruler and sure enough, it is 1/16th off.

If you can find a wooden ruler (they are getting rare!) and cut the excess off so it atarts at zero, then gently sand the edges so it’s not painful to bone press, that is the best option.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

My NBPEL is longer when I use measuring tape. However, I can’t measure BPEL with measuring tape at all. Go with ruler, it’s more reliable for BPEL.

To lose fat, you wil need to eat good fats. Olive oil, Omega-3 fatty acids, etc.

You will eat:

- lean meats - chicken, fish, red meat
- fruits and green vegetables for your carbs
- good fats

at every meal.
