Another Wench question; or two.
Ok, I use the Captn’s Wench for manual stretches, and I’ve recently cut back on my intensity due to getting a red ring behind my circumcision scar and mass discoloration in my head. I’m trying to do 4 to five minute holds with mild intensity. My questions are: Does my penis going cold after these stretches have a negative impact on penile health or gains?
How many sets would one suggest doing like this if all is ok with this method; preferably someone with experience with this method to answer?
My brain tells me that my penis is going cold due to lack of circulation, but this might not be to bad. The reason I say this is because after a body building workout, my penis is just as cold, so maybe it’s not to harmful.
