An idea for stretching

Hey guys. I have been dissatisfied with my recent lack of progress and so I have begun using a different stretch technique. Maybe some of you use it already. If so please post and let me know if it was helpful. For the rest of you I am posting this as just an idea to try.

I have begun using extra force in my stretch every other second. I pull outward until it won’t go out anymore. Then, I pull even harder until I notice it stretch just a little bit beyond what it is capable. I apply that extra force every other second. I find I am most able to do this on the outward stretches as it seems to be harder on the sideways stretching. Let me know if you guys think this would be helpful.

Pretty much yeah.

Sounds like a good way to force the tissues to adapt to high tensile loads, or to put it another way, I think you will toughen up the tissues very quickly.

So are you saying that’s a bad thing; that it will prevent length gains?

Well the thing with stretching is. There’s a limited amount of pressure you can apply. Once you reach your maximum amount you can only add time into the equation for gains. Then lets face it, who’s going to want to pull on their dick as hard as they can for long periods of time.

Once it’s to hard to keep the routine manual just switch to hanging. But if you are still capable of manual gains then do it at a reasonable force you can sustain and build upon.

Potentially, yes. Better to add time than force.

Time is better imo. My gains have come from 20 minute sessions of manual stretching. I do it at night in bed under the covers (behind the leg stretches). I have been doing 10 minutes of stretching in the morning after showering (squat stretches also reaching from behind the leg). I hope to see gains again soon!

26/1/09 - BPEL - 5 inches, EG - Base 3.8 inches; mid shaft 4 inches

I know that if you hold your breath and do a hamstring stretch for instance, then let your breath go, you can stretch further.

I don`t know how that would apply to the penis, but I do find that after 30 minutes in my mechanical stretcher at what seems to be my maximum stretch length, I can stretch even further. The only thing that stops me at that point is that I don`t want to do damage to my dick from being clamped in for half an hour.

This may have to do with being relaxed in the full stretched position for a long time (15-20 minutes) and then beginning to stretch further.

I also know that manual stretches are far easier after a mechanical stretching session.
