An idea for stretching


When doing stretches to the side I stand with weight on one leg and then shift to weight on the other —back and forth. As the weight shifts to the easy side , I rachet another bite against my hip and hold so that when the shift occurs in the other direction, , the stretch force increases as does the lengthening. I am always surprised by each cycles incremental change in penis length.

Great! Thanks for asking. I have not measured in a long time since reaching 7” but every now and then i do a casual measurement while not fully erect and it’s usually around 6.75 to just under 7” and I feel good about things. I remember when I was less than 6” years ago, slow and steady PE is amazing! I would like to be more solidly over 7” bpel so that’s why I began again. Unfortunately, the measurements don’t show this but there’s an intangible ‘nice’ feeling when doing PE you get thru the day.

`Zilla, I`m encouraged to know that over time we will reach our goals.

I`m edging ever closer to 7” and seeing the tape getting closer motivates me.

This first year has been a learning and confirmation process for me, and I realise now that I will break 7” and find 8” eventually.

What do you mean by confirmation process?

Hey guys. I think this stretching method has given results. I had a lig pop today while utilizing the method which I described in the original post. Actually, the pop happened when I kegeled to check the blood level in my dick and pulled outward at the same time. It might be worth trying.
