Hello Guys,

Let me ask one thing. Can you help me understand how this exercise relates to LOT? I have a low LOT(7:00) and recently I have been doing only UP stretching to make my LOT higher and to stretch my Tunica. I am not sure but this “Isometric exercise” works like stretching down(by attacking rather ligs than tunica). Correct me if I am wrong but it should not be done by low LOT guys who do not want to stretch ligs.right?

You can do it. The only extra thing you have to do is use your other hand. Grab your penis at the base on the ground side while standing and use this hand to keep it in a LOT of 9. Proceed with the other instructions and you can do this exercise.

On second thought, they probably meant ligament. I can see how someone might get a ligament and tendon confused. So, what they probably meant is that this exercise really hits the ligaments (as a few members already claimed here.)

Does anyone else stretch like this? Maybe the people who have gained nicely stretch at greater erection angles. The stuff wantsmore was talking about seems logical.

Could there be more to this technique than people are giving credit to? I read this technique too, and basically dismissed its integrity because it seemed too “spiritual” and junk. But maybe stretching whilst erect is the key.

Maybe jelqing whilst erect is the key also- or jelqing with a high % of underpant wood at least, is it possible the dick grows best while it is already being “maxed out” from erection?

While I think jelqing while erect can have it’s advantages I wouldn’t go so far as to say that erect jelqing is the end all. There’s something about the way the tunica gets all rock hard during a rager that seems to diminish it’s flexibility and therefore it’s expandability. The harder I get, the more it gets like a sort of rigid kevlar straitjacket on the inside of the ole’ unit. For me at least, using my hands, i need to maintain a ferocious grip to get a good jelq-ed swell out of a 100% erection. If you’re working with full wood and going for girth then I think you need a mechanical assist (clamp) to get a swell beyond the rigidity of the tunica at those high erection levels. However, in my experience, when you’re at 60-80% erection, the tunica is not so rigid and resistant that you can’t get it to swell way out so jelqing manually at these levels seems to (measureably) produce a nice swell. If I’m obeying a formula on this stuff right now it would be this:

manual jelq- 60-80% erection
clamp off- 80-100% erection with very close monitoring
stretch- flaccid
stretch via bends- 90-100% erection

Overall I feel that doing the right exercises at the right erection levels while very deeply warmed up is pretty much the core of the practice.

Hey bird, when I am fully erect my dick only reaches 9 O’clock so its already parallel to the floor. Would it be okay if I were to push down on my penis so that its around 7 O’clock when I do this exercise or would that be dangerous?

You can do it but I consider it to risky. Use your other hand to hold your penis in the 9 o’clock position and kegel to be safe.

Can someone post a picture of the exercise?, I don’t completly undestand (english isn’t my mother tongue).

Then, Bird2, your length gains were mostly due to this exercise? or you also hang/use an extensor/manual stretch???

My gains where made mainly from stretching, this exercise has increased my gains by making more potential.

When English isn’t your mother tongue the spell check is highly recommended.

can someone doing the newbie routine add this exercise to their workout?

Yeah they can do that if they follow the guidelines I have posted.

What if u mix up this method with hanging during a different part of the day…possibly more length gains? Because that is what I am mostly interested in right now.
