Amazing girth gains

I believed girth was just about impossible for me to gain, until I started clamping. Now, in just a few months, I have gained over 4/10 of an inch in girth - simply staggering to me. I get a hard-on the morning after a workout and I can’t even believe it’s my dick. It feels totally different.

I heat with an IR lamp about a foot from my penis, then do my clamping with CAREFUL squeezing also under the IR. Following Hog 6.5’s lead, I do it as often as I want to - I do not take rest days. It adds up to about an hour a day, I would say. And, it is far more pleasurable than PE was for me before, always fighting to keep the right level of erection and stay stimulated.

One proviso: clamping is DAMNED DANGEROUS and the most likely source of injuries. Just read the injury thread if you don’t believe it. I would say that if you are getting gains without clamping, then don’t clamp. I just found it impossible to gain a single centimeter, and that is why I have persisted in clamping even after I DID injure myself a few months back. If you DO decide to clamp, you MUST be very careful!

I am about 2 weeks into clamping also after having injured myself earlier this year. I recommend that you work on the vascularity of the penis before trying this technique. With a PE injury you have no one to blame but yourself. Be very careful with this stuff, it’s really amazingly scary to have a thrombosed vein down there, and painful too.

I’ll tell you if this brings on the girth for me too.

Dangleman and bam, Thanks for the inspiration. I’ve been clamping for about the same time as bam. I’m starting to see some pronounced vascularity and as dangleman says it doesn’t even feel like my own dick! Awesome. I’m clamping under the tutelage of a terrific mentor, and I’ve read everyting I can get my hands on, so I feel pretty confident I can avoid injury. Good growing, guys.

Congratulations on your gains. Do you clamp and use the IR lamp at the same time?

Also, can you elaborate on your squeezing techniques please?

Good stuff Dangle… The IR lamp may be the key to some big gains.

An IR lamp is definitely in my top 5 required PE items, maybe top 3.

Roid: I use a single clamp, as close to the base as possible (with wrap to make it more comfortable), and I do squeezes of my shaft once clamped rather than rely on the clamped blood to do its own work. BUT: to squeeze while clamped is very dangerous - you have to really know your dick and listen to it - and don’t overdo it.

I use the IR (infrared heat lamp) both before and throughout the workout. Then, even a few minutes after, while my penis is relaxing.

Dangleman, I was just wondering where you got your infrared heat lamp.

Walmart. Big red heat lamp bulb, and they also sell the reflector hood with ceramic socket. Hardware section.

How long (or until how blue) do you clamp before allowing fresh circulation?
