I believed girth was just about impossible for me to gain, until I started clamping. Now, in just a few months, I have gained over 4/10 of an inch in girth - simply staggering to me. I get a hard-on the morning after a workout and I can’t even believe it’s my dick. It feels totally different.
I heat with an IR lamp about a foot from my penis, then do my clamping with CAREFUL squeezing also under the IR. Following Hog 6.5’s lead, I do it as often as I want to - I do not take rest days. It adds up to about an hour a day, I would say. And, it is far more pleasurable than PE was for me before, always fighting to keep the right level of erection and stay stimulated.
One proviso: clamping is DAMNED DANGEROUS and the most likely source of injuries. Just read the injury thread if you don’t believe it. I would say that if you are getting gains without clamping, then don’t clamp. I just found it impossible to gain a single centimeter, and that is why I have persisted in clamping even after I DID injure myself a few months back. If you DO decide to clamp, you MUST be very careful!

Dangle: I hear you, man: I can’t believe I’m making such progress with these simple little plastic clamps. All the money I’ve spent on PE devices, I’ve about become convinced that the clamps and rings are all we need. I also feel I’m in possession of someone else dick here lately and I love that feeling. I’ve almost adopted an exclusive Clamping regimen. I clamp seven days a week as many sets as I can endure, then slip on frozen lead rings and wear them all the time I’m not clamping which is practically never. Let me tell you, those ice cold rings feel pretty damned good after an abusive go at the clamps. I may just hang up my Bib hanger and pump for a while and concentrate solely on clamps and rings. Hell, I’m not even sure what my girth is anymore. During the four day holiday weekend running around a nudist with a big fat swollen dick It slowly came down from 8 incredible inches to seven and finally seem to bottomed out at 6-3/4 So far I haven’t fallen below that, but I resumed clamping after five days off. I’m still holding at 6-3/4, but I’m so addicted to this routine I can’t be sure if it is cemented Because I CAN’T STOP!!!
