So I checked out Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

and am concerned about overtraining

my Negative PIs are:
numbness (especially the glans)
decreased nite and morning wood

my positive PIs are:
-larger flaccid hang lasting all day
-increase of normal size

thoughts? erections are harder to get now too, but it might be due to new medication.

Numbness is especially very bad. Stop everything until normal feeling returns and your penis looks normal again.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

What’s your routine? I would have thought numbness would be more likely from hanging than jelqing(newbie routine). I’m new as well but those definitely sound like negative indicators(ie. overtraining)
