I think the CS and glans have a separate blood supply from the CCs. I need to check this. Jelqing is mainly a CC exercise, so I’d be careful about gauging your CC engorgement based on what’s happening with your glans. I’m pretty sure they can engorge to different degrees.
I just came off slightly more than a month decon break. My routine is strictly 30 minutes of jelqing (w/warmup and warmdown). Based on MM’s scale, I jelq between a 1 and 3, mostly, toward the lower end of the scale. I can really feel the blood being pushed around with less stress on my hands. I know intensity is encouraged for this exercise but Wad’s Big Gainer seemed to indicate he milked his dick at a lower intensity level and obviously benefited. Any feedback? Anyone else have success w/an approximately 50% erection level?
