Alternating Tunica and Ligs
So, I’ve read that stretching both the Tunica and Ligs in the same session is not a good idea. My LOT is at 9, so I feel like I need to work both, unless I’m misunderstanding the theory.
How do you fit 2 extended sessions into the same day? Are they spaced out? I like to morning Jelq/Squeeze/Uli in the shower, get off in the afternoon, and stretch at night. Any suggestions?
