Hey dudes!

Here I´m, after my first month PEing, really REALLY HAPPY. These are my stats.

BPEL 5.1”
EG 4.9

BPEL 6.0”
EG 5.1

Maybe my size now is just average, (and even smaller than the starting size of most of you) but for me this is a BIG SUCCESS. I´ve reached my goal faster than what I though. This is amazing! Now I have a big and permanent smile in my face. I want to thank all of you for your support and advice in this PE world. Thanks a lot!!

Way to go dude! What is your routine? Never give up. There may be times when you don’t gain. So you have to be diligent.

My LOT is between 6 and 7, I´m not sure. But I´d say most of my gains were from correct jelquing and from giving my penis enough rest.

Well done Navarro and welcome to Thunders’s Place. I too had some pretty good gains my first few months. I called it my PRE-PE Warmup gains. In my experience I gained quite well my second month but things did start to slow down. Don’t be dissapointed if you don’t get another inch next month, just be assured that PE is real and it works for guys like us. My gains are quite a bit slower now but my motivation is strong and just knowing that it really works is enough to keep me at it.

Huge gains, well done. Could you tell me how long do you jelq at one workout and how many days per week? I’ve got low LOT also and not much gains from 5 month of PEing. Maybe I’m doing too much and not recovering.

OK dudes, here is what I did this month:

Warm up: 5 minutes (rice sock)
Basic stretches: 3 sets of 30 seconds, (in each direction, making my hand vibrates, I think this way I feel a better stretch, but not sure)
Jelqs: 100-180
Penis massage: 5 minutes
Kegels: 150-200 (three sets along the day)
Warm down: 5 minutes

First week: 3 days of 7 (trained Monday, Wednesday and Freida)
Second and third week: 4 days of 7 (2on/1off and 2on/2off)
Fourth week: (2on/1off, then every other day)

I do my jelqs at 20-30% of erection, putting more pressure on the sides of my penis (I read that this way you gain more length), palms down. Besides, I jelq at different speeds. My first 50 are of 3 seconds, with my hand in form of an inverted V. Then I change my grip, making a perfect OK sign with my hand, (my index attacks a lateral side of my penis)and do 40 or 50 more jelqs. After this I jelq to the sides, instead of out, and very fast for about 60 to 80 reps. Then I go back to the first type of jelq I mentioned, the amount depends on how I feel that day.

I think the most important is that I never jelq more than what I know it´s enough. For example, the days after rest, I train harder than the others. I try listening to my body signals, that´s why I always considered that 3on/1off or 5on/2off were a lot for me, at least in the beginning. I´ve also noticed than even half an hour after my routine, I can have a pretty good erection easily; and a lot of partial erections along the day. My morning wood is always there the next morning. Besides that, I just can say I feel a little “itching” or “tingling” in my penis after my routine, but I don´t know exactly how to describe it.

I´m 22, make exercise three times a week, drink lots of water, don´t smoke, don´t drink, and try to sleep at least 7 hours a day. I PE in the morning, as soon as I get up.

I just want to make a point to other newbies who are eager for their first inch to take a look at what Navarro just said. Jelqing correctly and giving your penis repair time is part of the game.
