All Day Stretch 101 suggestions

I’m in the process of creating an “ADS 101” for the articles forum, so any ideas that you guys have for extra things I could add in would be greatly appreciated.

I’m going to cover all the popular ADS and a few not so popular ones, and wrapping techniques will also be covered. Anything you guys think should be added, please post here.

I think it’s a great an ads has been my focus of interest of late. I need to find something small and strong and that stays on and you can wear with jeans at an active job.

Dino, have you looked at xeno’s Cock Coil ADS yet? I don’t have all the parts yet, but man it looks comfy, stealthy and effective. Much more so than the bulky lead rings I’m using now.

Hi. I’m still relatively new to PE and finally decided to take it seriously about a month ago. I’ve found Thunders place to be invaluable but I also have to admit that I sometimes get overwhelmed by everything being suggested here. This ADS thread is one such.

I think the logic behind ADS is sound and it may be something I investigate further down the road but quite honestly, yeesh.. There’s only so much I really feel like doing to make this work.

I mostly pump and then stretch and jelq afterwards but I recently got a Bib Hanger because I thought a more aggressive stretch of the ligs would be a really good idea so, I mix and match a bit (by the way, I hate using the hanger though I appreciate it’s function). But the All Day Stretch is where I’m going to end up drawing the line for now.

I’m just hoping the ADS isn’t as “essential” as some of these posts make it seem for long term gains. If I get nowhere after several months, I’ll reevaluate but I’m hoping an hour or so per day will be more than enough pulling. I already have a good feeling about my future gains.

I guess I’m mostly trying to say, I don’t mind putting in the work, I just don’t want it to be burdensome to the point that I give up on it and the thought of dealing with all these contraptions, home-made or otherwise for an ADS just makes me cringe.

PS sorry if the post is a little bit of a downer for this thread but I’m not yet permitted to start a new one :)

Don’t worry, I and others have made that line also. It seems the perfect ADS is folklore and every method I have tried has ended in failure for one reason or another. A good and safe ADS was a pipe dream of mine. They are not required to gain.

But I don’t think an ADS is crossing a line or going more extreme. It is just like having an extra piece of clothing on. I’m on my third week on Phallosan with about 10h a day. It is not a pain, nor something others will notice unless they are giving me a full body hug - which nobody ever would though - at least in Sweden we only hug with upper body contact when greeting a friend.

I am now so used to the device that it doesn’t give me the slightest discomfort. The only nervous point is when going to the bathroom with other people. I have to be the shy guy not standing at the urinals even if all toilet cubicles are taken - I just have to stand and wait. That can be a bit awkward.

You draw the line at ADS, yet you’ve been PEing for a month and you’re jelqing, stretching, pumping and hanging? You are doing waaaaaaaaaaaay too much, too soon.

Good idea, Slack, to have an ADS 101 tutorial.

Being a newbie, I didn’t want to get into an ADS, and using an Ace Bandage (or equivalent) to keep a chubby going wasn’t something I wanted to do, either. So I took a piece of neoprene (about 5” x 5”) and added velcro to it. After stretching and jelqing, I basically wrap the shaft snuggly into its maximum stretched length; the glans holds it in place. The velcro is sewn on to the neoprene in several places so I can tighten or loosen it up as necessary. xlmagnum assured me that tissue would “fluff” out later, and it definitely does. Visually, my flaccid length and girth seems to have increased. I wish I had some measurable results to share, but do not so far. This “full shaft wrap” is very discrete, but can start to pinch the skin after while. It would probably need some tweeking in design to be comfortable for a genuine ALL day stretch/wrap.

You are right, sometimes quick-and-easy information is the best way to go. The problem is, there is a lot of information regarding PE, and cramming it into a “simple guide” isn’t always an easy task.

Having an ADS is surely not necessary for great gains. In fact, I have a friend who has only jelqed and stretched for the last two years — and he has gained 2.5 inches in length, and 1.5 inches in girth. Not all is as lucky as my friend. Some people need a little extra boost to get them to their goals quicker — and that is why tools such as ADS’, clamps, hangers, and such are invented — to boost gains.

If anything, I agree you should have gains after a few months. Actually, you should gain much sooner. If you run into any problems, send me PM and I will help you build a routine.

Hi Slack,

Yeah, I’m trying to be careful about not overdoing it. I don’t think the mixing and matching of various PE techniques is overdoing it so much as pulling, jelqing or pumping for too hard or too long as a newbie. I have been lifting weights for years and have become very accustomed to listening to my body when I am overdoing something. I only just overdid pumping for the first time a couple of days ago (got the lymph fluid buildup for the first time - MAN did that ever look impressive, though ;-) so now I know my current limit and I back down from that a bit and give an extra day or so of rest. I basically do a 2 day on one day off - very much like my lifting routine. I get that the body needs time to recover.

What I mean by “drawing the line” is not that ADS is overdoing it for me in terms of stress on the shaft but overdoing it for me in terms of convenience. I’m really not up for having to deal with the public nuisance (for now) of an ADS device.

Anyhow, after years of watching friend after friend promise they were going to work out as hard as me and then give up after two weeks, I’ve come to realize I’ve got what it takes to stick with something when many don’t. So I plan to keep at this until I get the results I want but I don’t plan for it to consume my every waking hour or be an inconvenience in public.. Again, at least not until such a time as I feel it might be needed. So I am glad you are gathering info and putting this all together in the event that I someday do decide to do an ADS. :)

Understand exactly where you’re coming from, targetten… thought I’d mention though, ADS mechanisms don’t necessarily need to actually be worn All Day. Many of them are great for throwing on after your routine and forgetting about for a short while as your unit cools and starts healing in an extended state, while your hands and mind do other things.
