Regardless of what others have cautioned, I’ve been leaving a small rubber band around my base for hours at a time following my workouts. The rubber band is tight enough to keep my dick relatively engorged without strangulating it- no numbness, discoloration, changes in sensation. So far so good. I’ll keep everyone posted, but it has given me a diesel flaccid hang and seems like it’s contributing to girth gains so far.

I guess it’s all about your comfort level, your body and the type of band/wrap/ring you use. To each his own.

I don’t know if wearing a cock ring all day is a good idea. Maybe not, personally this is what I thing.

On the oter hand, wearing a solid cock ring IS essential for substantial girth gains:

semi-erect kegel & bends (up or down), 75% erect squeezes are GREAT for both girth and head size, and are much easier to do with a ring on.

Has anyone been doing this long enough to post any permanent gains?

I do intense workouts but this just seems too dangerous for me, cutting off blood supply for long periods of time is bad news. What about an all day pump or something like that? Stay at 3hg for a few hours at a time. Obviously won’t work too well outside :D

Instead of a cock ring, what I’m currently doing is a neoprene with Velcro strap. I cut a 3” x 8” rectangle (from the slimming neoprene waist bands that you can commonly buy in sporting goods stores) and attach Velcro on it and strap it on. Gives a good cock ring type tension but over a bigger surface area and the rest of my flaccid cock (not covered by the neoprene) becomes partially engorged. It’s like having a 50%-70% hard on all day. Plus it gives a good bulge too that can’t be mistaken for a sock filler but more of a visible penis line type bulge (but it looks absolute obscene in jeans).

On the cutting off blood supply issue, on the first week of wearing it, I did feel some coldness and some darkening and a slight pinching pain which sort of scared me. So I would take it off, rest for an hour and put it back on. On the second week, none of this happened so I was able to keep it on except when I had to pee. I’m no doctor but I suppose my body somehow adopted by redirecting some of the blood flow to a more efficient route? Similar to how heart attack patients can recover because the blood is redirected somehow.

I don’t know if it’s this (I’ve only been doing for a few weeks) or my V hanging routine (doing since Jan) but my flaccid length and girth are much bigger now, and I’ve gained some bone pressed erect length about 1/4” since I restarted PE in Jan. Nothing on girth though (but then again my main routine, which is V hanging is length orientated).

There seem to be a lot of good alternatives to cock rings. I’ve had some success using a 1.5” wide woven elastic band, cut about 3.5” long and sew the ends together to make a ring. It is mostly cotton (I think) so does not irritate the skin if worn for hours or overnight. I think something about the width of the elastic helps keep it fluffier than using a thin bands or rings. I’ve tried rings and straps of different material and had issues with irritation and jock itch, but with this it’s fine. Been wearing this for about 2 months now, and tried lots of other thing in the past 3 years or so, this one seems to work very well. It takes a few tries to get the length of the strap just right, about 3.25 - 3.5 inches works for me.

Been doing PE for about 6 years and getting a wealth of great info from all you gentlemen, this is my first post so I hope it is well received.

Also, the woven elastic rings can be doubled or tripled up and worn while clamping, afterwords it keeps you wide and for a long time, sometimes scary wide.

So, do I put the cock ring on when erect behind the sack and base? Or when flaccid behind sack and base?

I have been wearing 1 or 2 soft jelly rings all day every day for about a year. I dont sleep with them, but i have, and could. I can pee with them on but I dont because after I zip up i get a little dribble, so i just slip it off real quick to pee and shake, and right back on. Virtually undetectable and keeps me plump between my pumping sessions. In fact my penis tends to get shriveled cold and dark if i dont wear them. I would suggest to anyone looking for the right ring to look for ones that have a flat inside diameter, the ones i use i buy in a multi pack and they kinda look like french ticklers.

WOuld those jelly cockrings be good for pumping in the morning and maybe maintaining a nice plumpness during the workday? Perhaps take it off every couple of hours and jelq fresh blood in?
