After Workout PE Length A Factor?

I’ve noticed that after a good workout, my EQ is better — thus making my PE session better. After a body draining workout, my mental strength is to drained to achieve great EQ. However, many hours after a body draining workout, EQ is above great. Any else noticed the last of my findings?

Yes I have noticed the same. When I have done specifically a cardio workout my EQ is great along with my flaccid hang. Also I have a better PE session after I run.

Directly after ligting weights or doing some intense cardio my EQ drops and I turtle up pretty bad. I havn’t noticed any difference in EQ hours later except that it goes back to normal. I believe the turtling occurs because of lack of blood that is sent to more important muscles being used and adrenaline simply kills your EQ. I do find that good PE session increases EQ though.

If I neglect to drink enough water my EQ suffers badly after a workout but generally it’s pretty average.

Never really noticed. Maybe because I mega dose l-arginine along with other bcaa’s intra/post workout, but I do my PE sessions about 45 mins after I workout and EQ has not been an issue. Maybe due to all the supplements I’m on?

Whenever I run or lift, my dick shrivels up BAD! I can’t remember what my EQ is like though, I’ll have to experiment today.

I assume a few hours after you have recovered from a blood pumping working out. So you’ll still feel quite energised from it thus having a good EQ.

I have noticed much improved EQ a few hours after cardio workouts but not so much after weights. Even after intense runs I’ll find my muscles are shot but I still feel energized and with high EQ if the situation arises.

Doing cardio increases the body’s ability to circulate blood.

And we all know what good/bad circulation does with EQ.

Yes, but in the short term it increases the blood circulation to the muscles worked by the sympathetic drive(which is a killer for erection).

Maybe hours later or on the long term we’ll have a better erection. Also depends on the intensity of the training. Personally, I found cardio to be good for sex only if I do it the day before or for minimum 6 hours before.
