After not getting any girth gains for a couple of months I think it’s time to start something new.

So far I’ve been jelqing, pumping and clamping on a fairly regular process.

What else can I do to start the girth train going? My biggest concern is my base girth which is a bit smaller than my middle girth.

Hanging apparently can give you base girth.

Have you heard of horse440’s or reverse jelqs? I hear that they are ok. Also O-bends, and if you’ve been PE’ing for the 6+ years you’ve been a member then maybe higher erection jelqing? Just to name a few off the top of my head. O-bends show the most promise, although if you’re not getting gains off clamping then your penis is going to be stubborn no matter what.

Reverse jelqs are dangerous and should be avoided because valves that keep the blood inside penis are not strong enough to take that amount of pressure.

If clamping doesn’t work, I don’t know what will. That’s pretty much the most advanced girth exercise out there.

that is the problem of trying clamp after the other manual exercises, you should start with the wet jelq then dry jelq, then uli´s, then slnky´s, then orange bends, then pumping, then clamping, and finally erect bends. In this way, you maximize the penis potential to increase the girth with each exercise, if you start with something so agressive and advance and clamping, maybe the other girth exercises won´t make you increase your size

Wow, I’ve only heard of horse440’s and uli´s and erect bends in passing. I’ve never heard of slnky´s or orange bends.

Which ones are the best to start with?

slinky´s are really good

overall girth = erect low intensity jelqs

lateral width = erect kegelling bends

I have found out from manual clamping and ulis that the way I grip matters. I use an overhand grip, but sometimes it doesn’t seem to work as well as other times. After a bit of experimentation, I have found that rotating my hand slightly (still in an overhand grip) makes a big difference. Sometimes I go radical and have to lean over sideways, to the point where the overhand grip gets close to an underhand grip. The whole purpose being that when I grip I get the best results when I “feel the pain”, which to me is the pins and needles sensation from trapping the blood without much escaping. I have to rotate my grip sometimes to get this, whether its because I don’t grip the same all the time, my penis gets used to one grip, my penis changes depending on my workouts, hands are tired and can’t grip correctly, I just don’t know. I do know I have different strength in each hand that I try to adjust for, and one hand tires before the other during a workout.

I was also worried about a wider mid than base, so I recently started trying to work the “inside” part of my CCs. I feel around until I find where the CCs come in on each side under/behind my testicles and massage and work them up to my shaft (gotta be careful where the testicles join in or it will feel like a kick in the nuts). With a partial erection for jelqing I can feel the blood moving and it will swell the head like a jelq. I haven’t been doing this for long but I think it has helped my base girth some, but I also started massaging the ligs too, and I stretch some before I do girth exercises, which may also have helped.

I’m thinking about maybe trying to do a light clamp and working the blood from the “hidden” (lower??) CCs, but I’m gonna try to perfect a comfortable technique with what I’m doing now first.

About 14 months total PE time. I'm very inconsistent.

If you want base girth, hanging is a good way of obtaining it. You should surely see results after 100 hanging hours.

If you are interested in overall girth I have some exercises to propose, but your unit should be very conditioned before trying those. I am not responsible for any thrombosed veins that will occur if you do those exercises without a unit being really tolerant to clamping. So, do those only if you consider your unit to be really clamping-tolerant.

I do horse440’s while clamped. Making sure that they last at least 30-45 seconds.
Clamped, 110% erection, and I gently start to squeeze the glans. Trying to empty all the blood from it and make it flow back to the lower penis. It should take from 30-60 seconds for each squeeze. I then get back to 110% erection and do another one. Do no more than 10 of those in a clamp session ,it gets really intensive afterwards. I noticed a base girth increase by those too.
Sometimes, I mix those with semi-erect clamped bends.
Starting from 110% erection like before, you start doing the horse440 and at the moment that you have no blood left in the head -that is at the end of the repetition- you are standing with a 70-80% erect penis. Then slowly bend your penis against your curve.Bend it really slow, feeling the tension and being ready to stop if you feel anything awkward or get unusual pain. If you have a downwards curve, tilt it upwards, if you have a left, tilt it right etc. If it is straight, try from every angle. If you are angled, 80% of the bends should be against your curvature.
With this way you are hitting the under developed tissues of your unit. It is obvious that if a penis has an upwards curve and you measure it from both top and bottom, the top side is shorter, having less developed tissue. When you are bending it against that curve, you apply more pressure to the shorter tissue. You should do those bends near midshaft, or near where the center of the curve is. If you do them near or at the base you should have improvement.

Keep in mind that these are extremely intensive exercises only for advanced and experienced clampers. No beginner should try those, not even a veteran that is not clamping at this period. You have to be really accustomed with clamping to try those.

I’m a little bit too worried about damage to do any bends while fully erect.

I did some research and looked into slinky’s and orange bends and they just aren’t making sense to me. I’m reading the o-bend thread My Girlfriend said those lovely words… and the exercise technique just isn’t clicking with me. It just can’t figure out what to do.

What is a good routine to really get my girth going, of course I want length as well.

I’d really appreciate it if somebody could break down slinkys and o-bends into something I can figure out. Right now I’m just getting frustrated.

Fully erect bends are totally wrong, only asking for trouble. If you understood that from my post above, I might have not said that well, but the point is that you grab it at 70% erection and keep bending it slowly as the erection fades, maintaining the same pressure that your penis feels throughout the movement. That means, slightly bent with 70% erection, more with 50% and fully bent at 20-25%.

Unfortunatelly I can’t help you with slinkys more than the Video and pictures there. Just keep in mind that there is no such thing as the “perfect routine”. You will know what suits you best. You just have to try several girth exercises and see what fits you best.

It takes time and devotion.

My trick is keeping the pump. I will pump for 15 minutes, dry jelq for 5 minutes then throw it back in the pump again. After that I use a cable clamp and put it on the base of my penis just enough to keep my penis engorged. At the end of the day I’ll throw in as many wet jelqs as I can and end in the pump. I am not sure about the long term gains with this method but the temporary size increase is rather impressive.

How much did you gain so far?

Start: 07/09/08 - BPEL: 6.75"; NBPEL: 6.2"; EG: 4.75"; STOPED for several times.

----- Current/Restart: - BPEL: ~ 7"; NBPEL: ~ 6.4"; EG: 4.85";

Final Goal - NBPEL: ≥ 7.5"; EG: ≥ 5.5";
