Ads?

It would seem that stretching all day would keep you in a constant state of fatigue (which is what you want apparantly) but isn’t that how the natives became impotent?

I don’t know any natives personally Rob, but an ADS should provide a mild amount of tension. You’re almost guaranteed problems if you over-stress nerves and blood vessels for an extended period of time.

A lot of people use an ADS to keep extended the micro-tears sustained in a workout.
IMO, attempting to achieve or even sustain fatigue using only the mild tension allowed of an ADS would be a challenge. I view ADS as a supplement to a solid routine.

I use an ADS daily and honestly think over a short period of time good gains will be achieved. I measure again in a couple of weeks and will let you know for sure.

Hm……the natives became impotent, yes, i also read this.

But first: They used WEIGHTS (not a well constructed ADS) over a long long period of the day (maybe without breaks)
Second: Our constructions here are built with more “brain” (i would say), they should be less dangerous.
Third: I never read any article that they really became impotent. I only HEARD it here.

I strongly believe that after a hanging session wearing an ADS for several hours provides good gains. But dont OVERDO it!
